Asus TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB OC Edition Graphics Card [TUF-RTX4070TI-O12G-GAMING]

The performance is amazing and breezes through any game I try and has been great for video editing and 3D rendering. But have noticed a few annoyances with drivers. It does not remember my display settings in the Nvidia control panel for my second monitor which is at a separate resolution, my 2060 was able to save these settings and match the displays despite separate resolutions so not sure why. The most well structured and cooled heatsink and cooler on the GPU. its incredibly sturdy unlike alot of plastic coolers and whilst this is a 3.5 slot card, fits quite nicely into my micro atx mini tower. ( meshify c mini for reference ). Whilst value for money is not the easiest thing to decide with the 40 series, this card is an absolute beast. running everything at 120fps or above which is nice considering im on 3440x1440 @ 120hz

ASUS 4070 Ti - Fantastic upgrade

This is an honest review of my recent experience purchasing the ASUS 4070 TI from Scan. I did have some concerns due to the endless reviews and comments online as to how NVIDIA are charging unrealistically high prices for the 4000 series cards. When the 4070 TI was released to mixed reviews, I did feel maybe it was time to give AMD a try as I was looking to upgrade my graphics card. While I couldn’t justify the prices for the higher 4000 series cards, the 4070 Ti was worth waiting for and I feel gives good value for the excellent performance. My card is coupled with an i9 12900KS, ASUS Z690 and 32mb DDR5 bought as a bundle from Scan earlier last year. Scan never let me down and I purchase all my pc components from them as they always deliver first class service at competitive prices.

Bit pricey but it is a good upgrade.

Bought this after many weeks of research on the internet. The 4080 and 4090 were out of my reach so decided this was the best option. Looked at the RX6950xt at about the same price but the Nvidia is the better card, albeit very slightly. Excellent temps and silent running and DLSS 3 and frame generation make a massive difference. This card can introduce lag such as render and PC latency so do not go mad with graphics settings. Also a reasonable cpu is a must. I use i9-10900k. Tweak and experiment is the way to go and using Nvidia control panel to limit FPS can help, especially with games like MSFS.

Future Proofed and Chuffed

After spending the past 2 years watching a string of over inflated cards I finally took the plunge and bought this beauty. If you want gaming @ 1440p, ultra, high fps look no further. This card is BIG (check case height/weight limit) but packs a punch (and not a power guzzler at that). Although cards are getting more expensive across the board I believe for what you get this card deliver, the anti sag magnetic bit included is a simple but very valued addition to. Coming from a 1070ti that was coming to the end of its life I would say this was the best time to move up to the front and I can't see the next few card series being that much better than the 4000series so would recommend jumping now if you were at the same previoud level as myself. Good but expensive

Great quality card but the price is high. Comes with every thing you need to plug and play. This not a top tier card but a huge improvement on my 2080ti. 120+ fps on most of my favourite games at 4k. Got the none OC version as it saved a bit of cash and I fancied seeing what I could get out of it. Will update once I've had chance to overclock it.

Great FPS

Upgraded from a RTX2070 and wow what a difference, Cyberpunk, Death stranding look amazing with fantastic FPS. Even Star Citizen is giving me great FPS. Paired with an i7 at running 3440*1440 resolution . 4070ti is a big card but fits fine in a Thermaltake Tower 100 and not running hot at all. Would recommend as an upgrade from 2k series.

Outstanding tech in a frustrating market

Running 1440p 165hz, this has pretty much smoked everything I've thrown at it. Upgrading from a GTX1070, improvements have been huge. It is an awful time to be buying graphics cards - I had been holding out but hand was forced after old card died. Despite the prices across the board, I'm not too dissapointed given how much of an improvement this is. On the TUF card in particular, I've found it completely silent most of the time and I'm not detecting any coil whine. Haven't got around to OCing yet or testing with VR but for high Hz 1440p this is an absolute beast. Asus thankfully smashing it out the park in a marketplace that is only worse off for losing EVGA.

Pricey but good

Good build quality. Not massively oversized, so will probably fit your current case. The top plate gets quite warm, but the temperature according to the Afterburner stays in mid-50s even under heavy load. An additional pin to hold the weight of your card is included, but is not really necessary, IMO, unless your PC is subjected to constant vibrations for whatever reason. Performance-wise... I play Cyberpunk regularly, so I will use it as an example. Yeah, DLSS 3 gives a massive FPS boost. But in terms of picture quality if you upgrade from 30-series cards, you are basically changing the settings from "Good" to "Ultra", which does not change much, really, unless you are in a dark area with lots of artificial lighting, then you can see RTX in its full glory. Personally I have used the Asus trade-in offer to buy this card. Without it, I would probably wait for a year or so until they got cheaper.

Worth the upgrade

This is my first PC build and i decided to throw a bit extra at the GPU and go for the ASUS NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti TUF GAMING OC 12GB. It was pricey but worth it. Absolutely chewing through games like they are tissue paper so far. I am very impressed and happy and looking forward to many years of top spec gaming
