Just as it say's I purchased this monitor as a vertically oriented chat monitor, and it's superb. However I have in a pinch used it as a back up gaming monitor and the graphics from 165hz are Fantastic. Highly Recommended.

The price may throw people off. But its a fantastic display when factoring in 1080p gaming. 220 is a notable add to your setup. Not everyone getting into pc gaming may realize it doesn't matter what your Specs are on your rig if your panel cannot keep up. This solves all that for 1080p. Great refresh rate, fantastic IPS display and 1ms response. One of the best monitors for 1080p hands down. Worth your investment.

This is a great monitor for the price. G-Sync compatible, IPS for good colors and blacks, 144 Hz capable, and moves up and down as well as 90 degrees to either side on its stand. It doesn't get very dim if you're looking to use it for reading, but the blue light filters help.
Used this to replace a 60hz Asus. Bought mostly for refresh rate but brightness and colors are way better too.
This is my first ever monitor. I was using a 60hz 32 inch tv before and it was awful. After researching I found this monitor and bought it. The 165hz is amazing and yes it comes with a display port. Highly recommend overall great first choice.
Great blacks, great colour gamut, low response times. The stand is robust and takes up less space than most. If in doubt, just ASUS, they consistently make high quality monitors, which is why it’s the only brand I use in my LAN.
Everything looks good. Was a good price. Monitor is easy to use an very easy to set up. It looks way better than my old monitor that was 60 hz well worth the money.
gets the job done. colors are a bit over saturated out of the box, but after calibration colors are very accurate. very nice gaming performance. good buy.
first time i ever bought a new monitor and i love it the quality is amazing combined with a high refresh rate it’s perfect for what i needed. feels really good too in games smooth and accurate. highly recommend this product.
