Very good price compared to other online companies. Plug it in and Windows 10 does it's work and off it goes. No problems whatsoever, get very good coverage, 4 bedroom house and the signal is strong through out the house and the garden.

I plugged this into a 7 port USB3 block and it was immediately recognised. Audio is sent to my BT headphones but sometimes if the source changes the sound drops out. eg youtube video is played whilst listening to internet radio. I can live with that.

Connected all my logitech Bluetooth mouses and keyboards and Bose headset on first attempt. No disconnects experienced during first week. Expected range. Neither better or worse than before.

I will not be able to ever work with built-in Bluetooth on any PC after having experienced how good it can be, using this adapter! I initially bought it because I need to connect 7 concurrent BLE devices, streaming data at high frequency. With my built-in adapter, I could not get to the speed I needed, but the ASUS adapter was able to get the job done easily. More than that, set-up is quick and easy (included manual tells you about the 1 necessary step, uninstalling your old adapter before plugging in this one). As a test I also walked around the flat with my AirPods (which unfortunately needed to be manually removed and reinstalled in the device manager first because something in the Bluetooth settings seemed to have broken, but that's a minor problem). Brilliant piece of kit, they are just so good out of the box. No loading drivers etc and the Bluetooth is perfect. Finds and connects all BT items, auto connects next time to the last one used. I Highly recommend these.
I thought I'd wasted money on Bluetooth Ear buds that wouldn't work but it turned out the buds were BT5 and my laptop was BT4, so the buds barely worked even right next to the laptop.Bought the Asus BT500 Adaptor and the buds are fantastic receiving clear BT signal many metres away.I wanted to avoid cheaper non-branded Adaptors so the Asus was the obvious choice despite costing more.Really pleased with this purchase - a perfect fix for my compatibility issue.
ASUS did it again. Like it's predesessor - the BT400 - this nano adapter just works. Of course there are cheaper adaptors available, but my experience is, that those cheap ones are not reliable. I tried some of them, and they were disappointing. I had lot's of disconnections. The ASUS BT500 gives me a rock solid bluetooth connection on Windows !0 and 11.
It maintains a clean and reliable connection to my headset when watching movies from my computer. Everything as expected and no interruptions.
Easy setup found devices straight off. With any Bluetooth connection there is still interference. The sound quality far superior to other dongles I have tried before.
Very simple to setup, unpack plug in, let the driver install then, add your Bluetooth device. Running windows 10, used to connect wireless headset to pc.
