Very impressed out of the box. Setup and integration into my home network was quite easy.But....... Finally got it set up with all my files and applications and was getting used to Windows 11 over Windows 10. Computer went into sleep mode this afternoon and nothing would wake it up. Pushing the blinking power button did nothing. Held the power button down for five seconds and it finally turned off. Hit the power button again and all I get is a lit power button - nothing else. No sound, no change in the screen - nothing. See picture.Will be researching the return / replacement options as soon as I post this review.

I bought this a few months ago, and overall, I like it. It has a great keyboard layout, the number pad on the trackpad is a nice extra (although I end up turning it off fairly often because it doesn't always recognize gestures vs. intentional number input), a headphones jack (something that's becoming too rare!), nice speaker sound, and it's fast. The biggest downside is the single USBA port. I ended up buying a USBC bus to be able to accommodate my mouse, keyboard, and flash drives. I love this laptop as it is like a large tablet size wise and therefore easy to take with me on my travels which is what I wanted it for. Despite its size it is easy to use and the keyboard is spacious. It is very fast and so far the battery lasts a fair while although not as long as described. I definitely recommend it for work emails and files (of which I have loads) and I actually look forward to doing some work now! Great value especially considering the price you would normally pay for a lightweight laptop. Great find!

I hadn't been bothered about Windows Hello before this laptop, and have been won over by how well it works. The keyboard is very good with a nice amount of travel, and the keyboard lighting works very well, as it lights the key tops making them very easy to read. I'm getting used to the enter key that is wide but only one key tall.
I had my last laptop since 2017, and waited 5 years to make a change. I am so glad that after doing a lot of research, I landed on this ASUS ZenBook. It has been a HUGE gamechanger for me. With the 16GB RAM and 1TB memory, I am able to do everything I need to do. As a PhD candidate, I am constantly running multiple webpages and programs to do my research. Everything so far on this laptop has worked seamlessly. It is extremely fast and able to multitask like I have to. I am so happy with this upgrade. This computer is fantastic!

Asus support were unhelpful, suggesting a factory reset on a brand-new laptop. I resolved this issue myself by updating the Intel RST Drivers with ones from Intel directly.The metal surfaces on this laptop do pickup fingerprints and dirt easily, and I feel like the areas around the USB ports will get worn over time, as you can expect to sometimes miss the ports.I also notice that my laptop is a bit 'creaky' when handling it, which I would expect from a metal laptop of this class, I just don't like it.I find that the lid doesn't stay shut when I prop the laptop up against something on it's side. This is annoying, as it can wake it up from sleep and lets dust in, I don't know if this is something unique to my laptop, or my usage, but it isn't something that I would bother the manufacture about.

Another occasion the laptop just didn't boot correctly. Just kept powering up but no display or initial logo. Had to Google and hard reset the thing like 3 times before it started to load up the Asus logo. Hopefully there's no other issues. You have access to the numpad on your trackpad, which is convenient. It's lightweight. When it charges though, it gets real hot. Sometimes it won't pick up on your audio device, and you have to restart it. I don't know if this is a cause for concern but it seems like there's a lot of little stuff happening for me to fully enjoy it for school.
