The Asus Zen book, pro duo, 15 is a laptop that really grows on you. I was excited to first get it, but it proved challenging to use efficiently at first. I determined to master it, however, and was glad I did. The extra screen on the laptop has proven to be very valuable to me, especially in producing photographs and videos. I also use the extra screen for taking notes, and it is quite good for that as I can take notes from a meeting directly into a note, software, or even Microsoft Word. Some find that the trackpad is annoying, being rather small, and on the right side . However, since I almost always use a mouse, it’s not an issue for me. I am a new owner of an ASUS ZenBook Pro 17 17.3" laptop and am incredibly satisfied. It offers a large screen and a backlit keyboard for easy visibility, especially for a person suffering from visual impairments. However, it would be more visually advantageous for ASUS to manufacture the screen using an anti-glare coating to reflect the light. I added a screen protector with anti-glare coating, which reflects the light and adds a layer of protection to the screen. It offers a touchscreen to easily maneuver the installed features and a fingerprint scan to log into the computer, which are both particularly useful for a person suffering from arthritis or any other physical impairments of the hands. I do recommend investing in a keyboard cover to protect the keyboard from food, spills, dust, pet dander, and any other debris. It is a large laptop, so it is understable for it to be a bit on the heavy side. However, it would be great if ASUS could manufacture it with parts that weigh less. The internal webcam does not offer as crisp of color, brightness, or clarity as my Microsoft LifeCam Studio webcam, so I am using my external webcam, particularly for communicating with people and for meetings. The external webcam was a breeze to install and simply required it to be plugged into one of the many featured ports. Nothing was required to be downloaded for the external webcam to function, and it automatically connected to the internal camera and video feature. I really appreciate the availability of plenty of ports, including two USB C, two USB A, one HDMI, two card slots, and one microphone. It alleviates the burden of plugging in a bulky external USB multiport. My ASUS ZenScreen portable monitor MB16A easily and automatically connected to my laptop to extend or duplicate my viewing capabilities. I only gave this laptop a 4-star rating due to the glare, weight, and webcam features that could be improved.

Productivity levels while on the go are finally equal to my desktop set up. My work requires multiple tabs and applications open at the same time. Trying to switch windows on my single screen laptop was an exercise in futility. Having the second screen option on this laptop has provided the efficiency that was previously relegated to a desk with a permanent second monitor. Being able to have the meeting on one screen and reference materials on the other is about as good as it gets. The Asus installed software is actually quite useful (compared to some other manufacturers bloatware). The performance is top-notch compared to what I'm used to. It's leaps and bounds from the Chromebook world I'm coming from. And having a full working version of Windows, rather than apps and plug-ins lends itself to that much smoother and snappier of an experience. I'm extremely happy with the purchase and encourage anyone on the fence, like I was, to take the leap. It's a game changer!
Having been using it for about a month now, I can say that my expectations have been exceeded. Great design; no fingerprints are left when touching the body. That's what I value a lot. Typing on the keyboard is simply a pleasure—very soft, quiet, and with minimal errors. The display is fantastic. I have not seen such quality before, even though I had a Surface Pro, a Surface laptop, a Dell, etc. before that. A parade of colors and extraordinary resolution—you just enjoy looking at the display, and most importantly, there is no eye fatigue. The ports are quite enough; it would have been desirable if one of the two USB-C ports was on the left side, next to USB-3, and the end of the power cord could have been made a little curved so that it would not interfere with ... MoreHaving been using it for about a month now, I can say that my expectations have been exceeded. If the weight was a little less, this laptop could be considered flawless. Battery life is excellent. It lasts me almost 8–10 hours. This is my second Asus Zenbook laptop, which is a huge improvement. So long live Asus!
I love the Asus brand when it comes to a laptop and I'll tell you that my old laptop is Asus zenbook ultrabook 13' and used it for almost 11 yrs and will always stick to Asus brand, now I upgraded to a ZenBook 14 Oled which I got it as a birthday gift. I really love it so much! The laptop is fast, good for editing videos and watching long hours of movies, very sleek looking and works really well. Got the ponder blue color instead of the silver one and I know it looks a bit dark and masculine but I find it more minimalist and clean. It has a military grade all-metal design body, so thin and lightweight, seems matte to me, has anti-fingerprint touchpad and feels solid to the touch!. Running in Win11 home with Core Ultra 7 Intel processor. Big plus is that it can read RAW format in photos which I'm so happy about because I don't need to download/install some software to be able to view the raw format. This is my first ever 3k Oled plus touchscreen laptop which is a big upgrade for me. The quality of the screen is really bright and looks so sharp. It feels like having an OLED tv and laptop in one. Of all the laptops I had, the screen sharpness in this laptop looks so outstanding. Keyboard looks solid too and it has an emoji hotkey which I find a little fun and cool. Only thing that I didn't like about the laptop is it doesn't have any Micro/SD port available and the power button and enter button is too small that sometimes gets hit when I'm reaching for the 'prtscn' or 'delete' button. I prefer if the power button is on the side or somewhere away from the keyboard. The number pad gets enabled on the mousepad unintentionally and is quite annoying. The keyboard and trackpad are decent, which I really like and it also includes a calculator in the touchpad that has different settings which is very helpful if you are a student, good for school use. I love the modern stylish look of it and it never goes out of style. All in all I am happy with this brand and if I ever buy another laptop in the future I would still choose Asus.!! Highly recommend it.
The overall experience has been wonderful..! What battery life...I enjoy the 16-19hrs of cord free experience. Lunarlake and Asus team up very well! The laptop feel of the materials used, keyboard, display has been superb. I have done all the necessary updates and my only complains is the specifications page of Asus website didnt mention that the OLED display wasnt part of the package(which I found out only after receiving pre order and was checking the human interface devices display setting). Other being no SCANDINIVAN WHITE wasnt available at pre orderI suggest ASUS make this clear for all future for all models with/without touch screen display. Having spent the extra money for the extra storage and more powerful processing unit and now starting to get used to the smaller screen (I previously had a 17'' Zen flip which was amazing and after 7 years of use still works well in tablet mode) I'm liking this new smaller, more portable ZenBook. I do miss having 2 USB ports though because I use a mouse AND often need to transfer files to a USB to easily carry with me to jobs. However, I'll get used to that. Sound is good, screen colour and resolution are excellent and looks amazing. Keyboard is 'bouncy' and very responsive with nice key size for fast typing and very little mistakes. It gets a bit overly warm after a period of usage so I keep the unit elevated to get airflow. My most loved aspects of ASUS ZENbook is how brilliantly it's built and it's duel usage ability. So sturdy and solid (especially the hinge construction) which are the main reasons why I bought ASUS again. Especially if you travel a lot like I do. My last ASUS gave me amazing service and finally after 7 years of constant use and travel, with the keys falling off the board, and gaffer-taped together, I could still use the tablet function and get work done until I could afford to buy a new one. At this early stage of ownership, I'm happy to recommend this particular ZENbook flip. The ponder blue chassis is understated and chic.

I have not the laptop long, so this is a rather shallow view. First, the laptop is extremely well built and feels much more solid than my previous laptop. Great specs but I have not had a chance to push performance. Keyboard feels very good in typing, however the lettering is hard to read in dim light which is giving me issues. The back lighting helps but it also has issues. First it cannot be set very dim, or airways seems too bright. Second the keys allow the light to come out from underneath, so that when I hold it on my lap(out is a laptop) the light from the top row of keys shines directly in my eyes. So my keyboard rating would be a 4 out of 10. Screen is excellent so far. Performance is not nearly as snappy as I thought it would be. I have not tried any video rendering yet. I am giving it five stars for now assuming that it is not an inherent problem. I have found that it gets warm but not hot, but may under more stress. The battery did not last as long as I thought it would, but acceptable for my operation. I have found the memory quite heavily used, running 25+% out of 32GB. Also the SSD seemed to fill faster than I put files on (I kept the same files or less as previous laptop which was running about 128GB, and this system is showing 200+GB). I have not investigated if those are OS files. I really don't like Windows 11 compared to 10. This is probably my biggest annoyance. I cannot configure my screen the way I am used to. A pain in the butt.
