I have a 38" Alienware Curved monitor. Most monitor arms don't support the weight of this monitor combined with the curvature. The Atdec AWM system, of which I purchased the AWM-AHX-B 597 dynamic arm, AWM-FH Heavy Duty F Clamp, AVM-LB-B mounting base and AVM-LTH-B Heavy duty VESA head, are really well built and solid and easily handles the weight of this monitor.You still have the typical annoyances of monitor arms in that adjusting it slightly is challenging - moving slightly left or right also means it moving slightly forward or back etc. But once it is in place, it stays - which is the most important part.I'm using this on an Ikea Idasen standing desk, and despite that, there is also very minimal "monitor bound" - certainly none from regular typing.
