Perfumes, candles, shower gels, if it has a good scent, I buy it. My dresser and vanity is full of perfumes, to the chagrin of my partner who complains about looking like a perfume store, but it’s out of love because they turn around and use the perfumes. The fruity, citrusy combination smell did feel very season appropriately (summer) and I really enjoyed it. It was refreshing and very feminine. However, after 3mins (if that long) the scent completely faded. Being as though I’ve been wearing perfumes my entire life, I know a few tricks to making the scent last longer. You know, spraying the perfume on your hair as hair trap the scents for longer lasting smell and the nape of your neck, etc. Perfume wearers know the tricks. Those did not work with this perfume. While it smells good, it isn’t long lasting. The good thing though, is that you are able to put it in your bag and take it with you so you can reapply throughout your day, but to be honest, it’s not at all worth it since it will fade within a minute or two. The packaging is adorable and for however short a time it lasts, the fragrance is quite lovely. So 3 stars.

So I was very curious did my research, before testing for myself. 1st of all it’s suppose to be a unisex fragrance, so that also caught my curiosity . I see the genius that Atelier was trying to accomplish. And kudos to them for trying to pull off a hard project. My honest opinion, I see more of the female type going to buy this fragrance, more than the male buying. Now to me besides the scent, it’s all about presentation, (that’s a big factor to me when I judge any product) since it’s the first thing you see. Now Atelier did a great job in that department with the Amber-hued cologne encased in a Luxe Fragrance Bottle made of clear French glass (talk about Class) and adorned with a handmade leather cap, to top it off! FF: did you know that the name “Orange Sanguine” in French, means Blood Orange. Even though that’s something small, it’s those special touches that makes a product unique. Now for the “Meaning behind the Fragrance” picture this; inspired by Citrus in the Air, this unisex perfume evokes the relaxed vibe of breakfast on a sunny terrance in Positano. The laid-back fruity perfume combined with the wildly cologne base creates a long-lasting fragrance for those who appreciate the good life. A lovely blend of notes that’ll dance there way into your heart. It’s romantic, great for a date night too. Now for my HONEST opinion, sure the story, and presentation are very luxurious the smell is not bad when you first smell it. But 1. I don’t see most men wearing it, even woman for that matter. To me it didn’t seem to last all day, it didn’t even seem to last for as long as an hour, Which is a shame. But that’s why I’m here to let the people know “my opinion”. Now other people might say different. I wouldn’t recommend it, however I would tell someone to test it out for themselves first, before purchasing it. Other than that I’d give it 5 stars all around, but I’m not here to review a fragrance for its looks and lovely fragrance notes, it’s how it comes out all together. But I shall leave it up to my fellow Influenster’s to decide for themselves.

Since I've stopped my beauty sub boxes Ive started purchasing bottles and like with most fragrances I prefer the travel sized spray bottles (not rollers, those can be annoying) because they're super easy to bring along in your bag without worrying about breaking a $150 bottle of perfume. I tend to buy extras when I catch them on sale, I see that I just missed it selling out for this Sephora sale but that's ok because I still have a backup left from the last sale (I think I got 3 then, I go through these because I love love love this scent). I'm not typically a floral perfume person and I personally cannot detect the geranium but I'm sure it adds to the scent. I also detect a little Sandalwood scent in there but I don't see that listed as a key note, maybe a bottom note? Anyways, this scent is fresh but also very musky and sexy, I truly feel all genders can wear this in all seasons, it's that good. I received this travel sized spray as a gift with purchase of another Atelier Cologne. It is not a scent I would have purchased on my own even though I like most citrus scents. It includes notes of blood orange, bitter orange, and blood mandarin blended with geranium, jasmine, cedar, Tonka bean, pepper and amber. It’s quite complex but just not ‘sweet’ enough for my tastes. I often see it described as “just like fresh-squeezed orange juice” but unfortunately it does not blend with my body chemistry to produce that result. I get a more floral and wood combo.

The crisp, not too sweet fragrance reminds me of freshly washed laundry that's hung up to dry in a summer breeze, and the laundry line just happens to connect two orange trees. The fragrance is light, but strong enough to withstand the summer or fall weather.One word of caution: if you have just chemically or physically exfoliated your skin (or if you just recently used some sort of shaving or depilatory method), I would not recommend spraying this particular scent directly onto the skin right afterwards. The orange essence (plus mood-boosting aroma, vitamin c, and antioxidants) are so potent that sensitive skin could experience some irritation. Best perfume I’ve ever owned

I have been wearing this all day every day like an absolute psychopath. I don’t normally wear perfume because they smell too strong so usually I reserve them for a special occasion or a night out to dinner. The stuff I spray every time I leave the house, every time I wash my face, every time I’m in the bathroom basically. I absolutely love this and will be back for more once my bottle runs out. Could not be happier with the scent and the links that it stays on your skin. The smell is really earthy and natural. It is not over power just hold on your skin like maybe a nice body wash would. Although it’s called orange in the title it does not have a citrusy smell per se. I would say it’s more of like the orange oil kind of the rind I guess. Clean ingredients and also a nice clean scent

My initial thought was “wow, this is very much orange scented” and u wasn’t sure if I wanted to walk around smelling like I spilled a cup of juice in myself or something. But, in order to be fair and give an accurate honest review, I went ahead and sprayed it on my wrist, neck, décolletage, and even my clothes in effort to truly test its staying power. Now, I thought applying it everywhere was going to overwhelm me and cause me to become burned out on oranges or something but I was pleasantly surprised when instead I noticed a light hint of orange and the more powerful scent I notice is more of a clean aroma. Not overwhelming at all. I understand why this is unisex because the scent does lean on the masculine side but not so much that us ladies can’t wear it too. Summery orange-y goodness

That's what I did with my Mom and a Sephora Favorites sampler box of perfumes, I think it was the wedding season box from 2018 for $65. I had it narrowed down between Tory Burch Azul and this fragrance as the fragrance I was going to get when I turned in my voucher for a bigger 1.7 oz (or was it 1.0 oz?) sized bottle. This was the winner just because I think it's a little bit more wearable for my lifestyle, and going to work 5/7 days a week. It's a bright and happy citrus-y scent that leans mostly towards orange-y-ness but has a little bit on generic non-descript citrus scent to it. I usually spray this twice whenever I wear it, on my shoulder/collar bone area on either side, I don't spray my skin, I spray my clothes, and I don't rub or tab it in, I just let it settle and dry in place (I don't want to it be too much, and give anyone else or myself a headache, in case they're sensitive to perfumes, and I don't want to go through it too quickly either). Overall in love with this bright orange perfume for the summertime, and I plan to wear it all summer too!
