ATEM Power 200 Amp Digital Volt Watt Meter Caravan Camping Solar 12V

I bought this as I was suspicious that the solar blanket I purchased from mydeal wasn't producing the stated 300 watt in the marketing material. I was able to determine that the solar blanket at best in peak conditions was only producing 138 watts. Just under half of the blankets advertised power output. Very helpful to know when calculating my usage and power generation needs. This was one of three tools used during my testing. The device was very reliable and within 0.1 volt +/-.

Brilliant pieces of equipment - Watt meter and 200w solar blanket

Purchased the watt meter and 200w solar blanket. Both work brilliantly. Laid the solar blanket on the windscreen of my cruiser and produced a max 9.8ah. enough to charge my battery in three hours running an Engel 40l fridge. Solar blanket is well made and should last, not so sure about the Pwm controller. I would recommend these items to a friend, great value.

Digital Volt/Watt Meter

This item is exactly what I am looking for. It gives instant information on the voltage, amps and watts of both the source and the load. Simply plug inline between source and load via the 50amp Anderson style plugs. Great for solar panel input into my lithium battery, great for current draw if plugged into the output of my lithium battery in between either fridge or 12v oven. Great quality once again! I can’t fault any of the SunYee items I have purchased. Super-fast delivery and high quality items. Thank you.

Good Product BUT

This is a very useful product which displays all information required and worked great. Unfortuatly water went into the unit after a shower and now the screen is water damaged. It would be really good if this was made waterproof as most pepople would use them outdoors.

Great product - but NOT 200A how you think

I have 3 of these now. The LCD display is very bright and clear - much higher quality than others on the market. However, buyers need to realise these meters can handle up to 25A max current as the cables are rated 12AWG (according to the booklet that comes with it) .....so to state the obvious - if you hook this up to a power source greater than 25A then you risk compromising the cable with overheating and possible fire. Not sure why the manufacturer and Sunyee insist on marketing 200A in the product title, as it is kind of pointless.

I'm very happy with the watt meter. With the display which is easy to read with the information needed for solar output. The quality of the build is well made and sturdy. And the after sales service is great with quick replies with questions I sent via emails. I recommend this product and the firm who I purchase it from.

Unit works well, plugs and wiring are 50 amp, but unit is capable of 200 Amp? Slightly longer leads would allow a bit more flexibility for some install location. Does the job.
