Been using the Athena pre workout drink watermelon flavor for around two weeks and have found it very good ,it mixes well and tastes great. Doesn't pump you up like some pre workout drinks which is good for me as most of my training is aerobic and not gym based .works well for a 40 to 50km indoor cycle session on my trainer I can hold power all the way to the end of the workout. Seems gentle on the stomach too .

As a female and a daily gym goer for the last 8 years I’ve tried so many pre workouts like literally everything from the cheapest to the most expensive. And this one is the best ! It has everything you need in one scoop. It’s gentle on your stomach if you don’t eat before training. There’s no crash afterwards and the taste is great, no bad aftertaste that makes shiver ! Highly recommend this.
