The Atomic Hawx Prime 105 S W GW is a great boot for intermediate to advanced skiers that want a precise fit as well as a balance of performance and comfort. The Hawx collection of boots has gained tons of notoriety over the years as there is a boot for virtually any skier and any foot shape within the collection. The Hawx Prime 105 S W GW is a mid-volume boot, best suited to skiers with an average foot shape. Not too wide and not too narrow. It features a 100-millimeter last right out of the box, but if that doesnt quite work, the shell and liner both have custom moldable features that can easily be worked on for a quick and effective fitting process. Once you have the fit dialed in, Atomics PowerShift technology lets you fine-tune the flex and forward lean of the boot so you can really tailor the feel of the boot. GripWalk soles are slowly becoming the norm in a lot of ski boots and the Hawx Prime 105 S W GW is no exception. When youre walking through an icy parking lot, hanging out in the lodge, or getting your aprs on at the local watering hole, the GripWalk soles give you a bit of added grip, an easier stride and just a more pleasant experience in you ski boots overall. Ladies looking for a moderate flexing boot with a great fit will love the Atomic Hawx Prime 105 S W GW.

Like a lot of skiers, I don't purchase new boots often. Plus, I have small feet and can't generally find any boots that fit well so I have been skiing in boots a size too big for years. This year I put a big effort in finding a good fitting pair of boots. And these are the winners. They fit great out of the box, and I assume will be totally amazing once I get them heat molded and have a foot bed added. They are zippy into and out of turns with a solid flex that isn't too much for 5" me.

I love the fit of this boot EXCEPT the cuff is too tall for me/my calves. I had this issue growing up when boots were not made specifically for women. My last boot's cuff is the perfect length and in comparison, this one is at least an inch taller than my previous boot. When I was trying on the boot, I commented to the boot fitter that my calves were sore, but he didn't think it was an issue. When I skied in these, my calves were burning the entire time. I have strong calf muscles (I take ballet at least twice a week and do other activities), so this problem is not a result of needing to build stronger calf muscles. Perhaps my calves are bigger than others and this boot would work for other women. However, in general, women's calves are proportionally lower on the leg than men's so I think this boot may not have been designed for women's calves. Again, this may not apply to all! The positives: I have a medium-wide foot and other boots often feel too tight in the toe box and on my ankle bone. These felt perfect on my feet. I also have a narrower heel than the rest of my foot and the boot fitter was able to correct the movement by adding a heal rise. I like that the shells AND the liners of these boots can be heat molded. Hopefully others will have better luck, but sadly my search for boots that fit me well continue.

These are my first pair of advanced/expert boots. I purchased them after my partner suggested it was time for me to graduate from intermediate/beginner boots since I tend to ski more aggressively. Although I haven't been able to try them out yet since I purchased them before ski season, they fit so much better than any other boot I've tried on. I have a high arch, fairly narrow foot, but my foot feels secure in the boot without feeling uncomfortable. I can already tell I'll ski with a lot more control in these boots than previous boots I've tried. Looking forward to the 2020/2021 ski season with these boots!

These boots fit great and are very comfortable for my feet. As far as I can tell they are true to size, both length and width I have wide calves, which is sometimes challenging with buckle placement. These work great and I still have the option to adjust further. The boots offer great control when going fast on groomed slopes. Haven't taken them out in powder yet. I appreciate that they are so comfortable, since I have young kids and also spend a lot of time going slow on greens ;-)
Bought these boots to replace an old pair of Salomon boots for the fiancé. They are sister companies, so the fit is really similar. The lining is really soft and warm. She hasn't ridden them too much, but she's really happy with the fit, design, and stability.
I love atomic hawk prime boots. This pair is replacing my old pair since I loved them so much and wore them out. I can tell that the new hawk prime S model is slimmer looking and lighter than my last pair. But they have the same feel and great comfort that the old hawk prime had! Love love love these boots you won't regret purchasing them!
Stylish, comfortable, warm, easy to get on and off, and perform really well on the slopes!I skied them for the first time today right out of the box. Great choice for me. High arch, medium width foot, expert skier.I am completely satisfied with this boot and the price!
They are exactly what I expected. Super finishing and sufficient width for medium-wide feet. My previous boots are from the same brand from 2008 and this model on the foot is very identical. Bring extra insoles to reduce 1/2 size. I strongly recommend it.
bought these for the wife. she's been on them 10 days now and absolutely loves them. great fit, keeps her feet warm and she's skiing better as the boots are giving her better feel to her skis
Great boot, it will last years. Very steady at high speeds and can turn a ski on a dime. I have a middle width boot and these fit me well. Love the black and gold. Can be molded to your foot. Highly recommend for intermediate to advanced skier.
