Have used this before so I'm pretty much just needing to resupply. The first brand I used was a cheap chemist brand that wasn't as good. This is only the second brand I've used as I'm new to the whole supplement thing. Iv'e always eaten whatever I want when I want so just starting my journey

I have been using a combo of Oxyshred Pre-workout, ATP Carnatine & On Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder for about two months now. I have been doing HIIT 4-5 times a week for 20 mins a day and then I do yoga for another 20-30 mins. I do this at home using an app. I have noticed a huge difference in my energy and ability to workout when using the Oxyshred. I also skip my coffee (which is VERY unlike me) to have my Oxyshred instead as I feel like I don't need the extra caffeine from my daily coffee anymore. I believe the Carnatine is the biggest help to my weight loss so far as I've toned up a lot already and have lost almost 1-2 inches around my waist so far. To be completely honest, it's not the greatest taste you'll ever experience but 1000% worth it. It was a lot harder to do without them so I will continue the use of them and drink my 1-2L of X50 green tea a day. The whey protein is delicious and not grainy at all, which means I look forward to having it after my workouts. I also feel a lot stronger and not as sore when I'm on these. One of my friends got me onto these supps so I'd like to also help other women and men feel good about themselves, and I truly feel a lot better and look forward to using them daily.Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Just started taking it. The taste is so awful! But it does taste like ACV with lemon if that helps. Wish I can say more about the effects but should be able to give a review after 2 or 3 weeks ..

This product from ATP is an essential part of my fat burning routine. I use it with Oxyshred and together these are a power house for cutting! I love the authenticity of ATP and the clarity which comes from the products. No messing about, just natural, good quality products.
I've just started using atp l-carnitine so a bit early to tell what results I'll get however atp are cutting edge with a great philosophy. Its mixes well , tastes a bit bitter but i mix it with a bit of infrared and limitless pretraining to mask the taste. Fatburning here we come!

I find it makes me sweat more and helps me to use burn fat, I've decreased my body fat count to in the 20's now which at 50 is a good thing but I aint stopping there.The product has a very strong lemon flavor which sometimes is unbearable when I wake up at 4am to train, but I've learnt to deal with it and its better then just plain L-Carnitine which has a real fish like flavor which is even harder to swallow.I do however urge you to consider the packaging as its is nothing short of a stupid design. thIs atp product is easy to use but it was smaller than i imagined it to be. I also disliked the scoop that was inside.. It was larger than the recommended serving size so here i was using a scoop at a time and having double the ampunt! No wonder it tasted yuk. I do like that there are nodditives or nasties inside. Would i buy ot again..probably not
