ATP Science Z-Mag
ZMST Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium and Taurine (ZMST) are essential nutrients for individuals. Because of our modern lifestyles, these nutrients are often deficient in the Western Diet and have been depleted from our soils and not found in adequate levels in our foods. The deficiency of these nutrients can lead to a host of disorders that include cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, sleep disorders, mental health problems and even musculoskeletal problems like osteoporosis and muscle aches and pains. Ingredients per capsule Magnesium Citrate (100mg elemental Magnesium) Zinc gluconate (2.5mg elemental Zinc) Organic Selenium yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae (6.25mcg elemental selenium) Taurine 25mg Dosage How many: Take one to three capsules, How often: one to three times per day. Your rate absorption is proportional to your body magnesium levels. If your body levels are low then absorption is enhanced. If your body levels are fine or high then absorption slows down. If you take more than you need the magnesium drags water into your intestine and creates loose watery stools or diarrhoea. If you suspect deficiency you can take up to 3 ZMST capsules 3 times daily. As your levels increase your absorption slows down and you get watery loose stools. If or when this happens reduce your dose to 2 and then 1 capsule 3 times daily. Long term taking 1 to 3 capsules of ZMST daily will maintain healthy magnesium levels. Available at Sportsfuel.

I have tried other magnesium supplements over the years which have always had unwanted side effects but this one is really tolerable. I've also noticed I don't get restless legs at night anymore. I was hoping it might have helped with muscle cramping after intense exercise but as yet, haven't seen an effect there. However, I only take 2 capsules at night time and none during the day so not taking the full 3 capsules a day may be playing a part here. Overall it's a great, well priced product!

Begun taking 1 per night after hearing about a friend's experience with Zmag and didn't overly have much change but then went up to 2 per night and noticed a much more solid sleep and I wasn't waking up much if at all throughout the night anymore! Would definitely recommend!

Really satisfying protein powders with no dairy or gluten. The Power Plant Protein powder keeps me alert and energised after workouts, and when I need an energy boost in the afternoon. And the Phyto Fire Protein powder really helps me wake up and have energy in the mornings. Highly recommend both products!

Love that I have definitely felt it makes a difference with my sleep. I did find that it was very confusing with directions on how to take though. On here it recommends taking 2 to begin with 20-30 minutes before bed however on the medication it says to have 1 tablet 3 times daily! I tried both and found it works better 20-30 minutes before bed!
In our house this is a must have for our bedtime routine. My wife and I have stressful jobs and lets face it, life is stressful for everyone right now. This helps with getting a better night sleep and we can tell when we have not taken it because we have run out.
I absolutely love taking Z-Mag both in the morning when I wake up with breakfast and at night after dinner. It's become part of my nightly routine, paired with Adrenal RX, I find I fall asleep quickly and have more of a solid sleep. Highly recommend!
I’ve used ATP’s products for years and I’ve always liked them. Good quality and reasonably priced. I trust the ingredients they use and the science behind the products.
My husband and I take 2-3 caps each night for the essential nutrients. I haven't had a viral illness since taking this product . I love that it has the 4 nutrients. The team at ATP Science do amazing educational podcasts on the contents of their products 'SERIOUSLY good all round info. I strongly advise you check them out on your podcast tracker or YouTube
I live a very full and active life but when I combine running 3 companies with split training protocols, my body takes quite the beating at the best of times! This easy to take supplement combines all the necessary minerals I need to keep my recovery on point and I pop a couple before bed. My DOMS has noticeably reduced and my sleep has improved since I've been using this combo. I was previously popping multiple supps to get my dose of these ingredients and I love how I now only use the one!
My sleep has begun to feel more regulated (I feel tired closer to actual bedtime instead of random periods throughout the day). I’m hopeful the zinc will continue to improve my immunity. I love that the capsules are easy to swallow too! Fast shipping as well, thanks guys!
