Audio-Technica ATR2500x-USB Cardioid Condenser USB Microphone

I like the ease of use when streaming online rehearsals. low latency and clear. I've seen cheaper ones but always bought Audio Technica I have Audio technica recording mics that's why I choose the brand.

Another FANTASTIC Audio Technica product

This microphone works great. I bought it for my son, whose a gamer. He loves it and says his fellow gamers notice the difference in clarity when he plays against them. Full disclosure, I love Audio Technica products, I’ve been buying their stuff for decades now and NEVER been dissatisfied.

Good Quality and Easy to use

I have had this microphone for over 9 months. The sound quality is good and I have managed to use it for about 10 videos. The tripod it comes with is a bit small for the microphone and is prone to toppling over if not positioned properly, I would recommend getting a better mic stand for it. I recommend this as a good first mic.

High Quality Live Streaming

I am new to streaming, but was excited to see Sharper Image offer a microphone setup specifically for streaming. This model is easy to set up and even easier to use. I am much more motivated to finally start my own podcast and begin streaming my video games, knowing that the sound quality will be great. This was a great investment for my hobbies!

Mediocre

It’s not bad, but it’s not really good either. Regular it’s the same price as the Blue Yeti, with way less features. Only one pickup, compared to 3 on the Yeti. Only one mode, compared to the 4 on the Yeti (plus the Yeti also gives you control over the gain). I originally bought this because it was on Black Friday sale, and I returned it the next day and replaced it with the Yeti. I was surprised by the major difference in sound quality between the two. Overall I’d skip this product. Just get the Blue Yeti.

Pros: Pretty good mic Cons: The stand that it comes with really sucks, so I would recommend getting a separate one. Mic gets really quiet if you aren't pretty close to it too.

Works well on Android Phones

I talked to a staff about whether it works on the android phone or not. Since there is no clear answer for this, I bought this back. Fortunately, it works well with OPPO Find X2 NEO. The sound quality is amazing at this price.

be careful.

I use this microphone to record podcasts and to stream. but the problem i keep getting is the mic keeps picking up me typing and background noise. the mic is great quality for the price and that's about it. the cord it comes with often lacks connectivity. the slightest touch of the cord can lead to the mic disconnecting. i'd suggest buying the podcast pack of this instead. comes with a better stand.
