Augustinus Bader - The Eye Patches - Single

These feel great going on, aren't messy and don't slide around (there's no liquid in here) unlike most other eye patches I've used. I do notice a difference on puffiness - which I'm prone to every once in a while, so I tested these on a morning when the puffiness was visible, and it reduced them by somewhere around one third, not a huge difference but I could definitely see it, along with a very slight brightening effect on the area they'd been applied. And this was after leaving them on for just 20 minutes (as instructed). Amazing Eye Patches

My quest for bright, rejuvenated eyes led me to AUGUSTINUS BADER The Eye Patches, and they have become an essential part of my skincare ritual. These luxurious eye patches are like mini spa treatments for my tired, puffy eyes. Eyepatches with science behind it!

As a big fan of skincare, I was super excited to be on the test panel to try these. First of all, a little bit about why I was hyped up - Augustinus Bader is an actual real life biomedical scientist at the University of Leipzig studying regenerative medicine. He apparently got his start on burn victims - helping them heal their skin, which obviously has really great implications for general skincare. They’re not slick with serum, which means they don’t slide down your eye. They felt wonderful on, cooling and hydrating. Personally, I kept mine in the fridge to help with depuffing, and also slept with them on for maximum benefit. I woke up to a very hydrated under eye section, zero irritation, and didn’t even need to add my typical moisturizer before concealer - a revelation! I’m wondering if further applications will help reduce fine lines in the long term.I removed a star merely because the price is quite expensive, but if price were not an issue, I’d splurge on these!

Feel very let down

As a busy mum and 38 years old, I love eye patches and have found my HG brand that are almost as expensive as these, but not quite. I will try any eye patch and love testing them all out in the hope I will one day be blown away by a cheaper brand to my usual. I guess with these being so expensive you want to see some results after the first use. I saw nothing. I mean… the area under my eyes was firmed up slightly, but my dark circles were completely the same. These patches unfortunately will go in that category now too. One plus is that they don’t slip- so you can walk around at home doing what you need to with them on. They recommend using these patches a couple of times a week- eeeek very very expensive to do that for such a meh product.

Gorgeous!

So happy Augustinus Bader have brought out these wonderful eye patches. They come in a pack or as a single which is perfect to be able to try one first. Some eye patches can be hit or miss and I have sensitive eyes. These are gorgeous! Hydrating, tightening and fresh to wear. They are thin and soft, gel like and sit on the under eye area well without falling off. Highly recommend especially if at the moment you’re suffering with hayfever, these soothed and reduced puffiness on me.

The BEST under eye mask (patch) ever!!

I have tried sooo many different brands that make these kind of eye masks. This is the only one that stays put, actually brightens and makes you feel like you didn't just "waste" money on expensive skincare. I love these. I love these 4 things from Augustinus Bader: these eye masks, the Rich Cream, the Body Cream and the Face Mask Creme. I'm not a fan of the rest, but these are the best of the best.

Someone commented about the materials used… “these were wrapped in foil, plastic, and more plastic and it seemed frivolous and unnecessary.” My initial reaction was the same and thought to agree, but when in doubt or you have a question or criticism, always good to look at the information haha. Worth the hype

I purchased just one pair of these to try as they’re quite expensive, so I needed to try them before investing. I have to say I am very impressed. They are easy to use and place under the eye without sliding off, they feel cooling, which is great for puffy eyes and super hydrating leaving my under eye area feeling hydrated, refreshed and smother. I kept mine for 25 minutes and I could definitely see an improvement which did last a few days. Great if you have special occasion or event to attend.
