Aura Cacia - Pure Essential Oil Rosemary - 0.5 fl oz
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil is known for its strong resinous, herbaceous aroma and usefulness for a wide variety of applications. Rosemary’s name is fitting given its wild growing conditions — the Latin word “ros” means "dew," and “Marinus “means "sea." Its silver-green, needle-like leaves are often sprayed by sea mists blowing in from the Mediterranean. Aura Cacia Rosemary Essential Oil is typically wild-harvested in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. The harvest is controlled by the government and each section can be harvested just once every three years. The distillation season coincides with the blooming of the plants in the spring. The rosemary is distilled fresh or even slightly dried. The distillation units are fueled by the spent rosemary from previous distillations which promotes sustainability.

I purchased this to put a few drops in my shampoo for hair care and follicle hair heath. My items always arrive safely and packaged so carefully. The prices are so reasonable in comparison to other online sources for supplements. And my orders many times ship same day to the next day to reach me. Vitacost is my source for all my supplements and have never been disappointed.

Although I'm not much into the scent, I like to use this essential oil when washing my hair. It's great for the scalp. I just add 3-4 drops in my hand, mix it with the shampoo and apply to my hair and scalp. After 2 minutes of massaging, I wash my hair and redo the action.Rosemary essential oil is great is hair masks, too. Jojoba, avocado, olive oil - just add 5-10 rosemary oil drops to your mask before applying it to your scalp and hair, you'll see and feel the results. After that I wash my head twice or even 3 times (depends on the used oils), to remove the oil completely.

When I discovered I had a high mold count in my house, research led me to rosemary as a potent mold-killer. So I started putting a few drops of this lovely rosemary oil in my diffusers and floor vents. So freshening and invigorating! And my stuffy sinus woes have cleared right up! Have tried several brands of rosemary but find that Aura Cacia is the purest and most pleasant-smelling of them all.

It’s the second time i am repurchasing this oil and I can say you that i have tried so many oil brands that can definitely say how much of a high quality this natural brand is! It works wonder for hair growth/ hair falling. Since this one is an essential oil I mix it with a barrier oil( make sure to do so) in this case i am using grapeseed for better benefits. It’s the only mix that works for my fine hair that breaks so much and its not able to grow. The size is good enough because you only need 4-5 drops for a hair mask. The scent is wonderful, maybe because i love rosemary
This is the first rosemary oil I've tried — though I have vast collection of other essential oils. This one really packs a punch. It should last eons. One drop and you're got to go really. Not quite sure on where this could be used as it's so pungent but the actual quality is excellent. The top is a little harder to manage than the Now range for example but I'd buy from this again — should it ever run out.
The product is probably fine. I was just disappointed in how rosemary does not help my hair loss problem. Its touted as being something that leaves your hair silky, less gray and most importantly, stops hair fall. But i'm not seeing this. Its drying out my hair even more, no difference in the graying or fall out. I guess each head is different. Others report satisfying results!
