Mako Cotton thread in 40 weight is slightly thicker than a standard thread making it ideal for topstitching, free motion quilting, embroidery, lacework, and much more. Aurifil Mako Cotton Thread is available in a wide variety of colors, and each spool contains 1094 yards (1000m).
