I got my normal size and they are perfect with plenty of room for thick socks if you want. They arrived so quickly too! I got he standard 5-7 day delivery but they arrived within two days!

But the design of the heel means your are always 'stepping out' of the boot and because the inside is fluffy it's not possible to correct this with stick on heel grips..

Got these for my girlfriend and she’s absolutely in love! Quality is awesome and super soft inside. Good price too. Sad I can’t steal them off her for myself as my feet won’t fit :(
Not as pictured. These do not look ultra mini. Did not send back as unable to send to Debenhams, too much trouble sending back. Sizes are quite big too so do not size up as recommended
Ordered my usual size 6, but when I received them they looked huge. Tried them, far too wide for my feet, and a good half inch too long. Returned for refund, which took a lot longer than expected due to being a concessions purchase I couldn't do it directly online via the Debenhams portal
I ordered size 40 which is one size larger than my normal size (39 sometimes 39.5) based on Debenhams’ size guide and it was way too big for me! 39 would’ve been perfect, There was no problem with returns & refunds. There was no opportunity for exchange. They said I have to refund & order again. I would’ve preferred an exchange for a smaller size. I was stepping out of it. Like it didn’t hold my heel, like someone else said in the reviews. But given that it was way too big for me, I can’t properly judge whether it’s the construction of the boots that’s wrong or was it plain too big. Would I step out of the correct size, too? Now I’m very doubtful whether I should order another pair or not…
These boots come up big, I'm a size 6, and really need a size 5.Trying to send them back, but is showing to be challenging,As Debenhams don't want to take responsibility, there saying you have to go through AUS WOOLI AUSTRALIA.But I've contacted both with still no joy, will keep going to try and get a returns label, this is very off putting to order through Debenhams again.
Product was great when it arrived. However trying to understand website sizing was terrible. Difficult to work out if women's or men's sizing listed. Luckily I guessed correctly so ended up with the right size.
I used the 'find your size' tool and ordered the size they recommended, however they're slightly too small. They might be ok after some wear. The opening of the shoe is small and hard to get your foot into if you have a higher profile foot.
