Ultra Deep Shine is a polish for use on black and dark coloured cars suffering from excessive swirling, fine scratches or holograms. It is an #39 all-in-one #39 formula that polishes and protects in one. For this reason Ultra Deep Shine should not be followed by Extra Gloss Protection or High Definition Wax. How to use this product Shake well, then apply to clean, cool paint with a cotton cloth or polish applicator, using a light circular motion. Apply to one panel at a time, increasing pressure to remove minor imperfections. Allow to dry to a haze then buff to a high gloss using a Hi-Tech Finishing Cloth before moving onto the next section. Pro Tip Do not allow the product to dry onto the paintwork for a long time, apply to a panel, allow to dry, then buff off immediately. If Super Resin Polish is used there is no need to use Ultra Deep Shine.

I have a Black car (year old) and a deep Red car (2 years old) and I have used UDS on both for last year. I ensure the car is really clean and dry before application and use a microfiber cloth designed for windows (not fluffy or absorbent) this ensures I am not applying too much product. I complete a panel and then complete a second - then go back and buff the first using a soft fluffy microfiber cloth (well know high street store sells under name "Supersoft") this allows good pick-up of residues but still needs turning frequently. I think that UDS is a bit of hard work to buff off - but you cannot have a hardwearing finish that is also soft. I find an application lasts 2-3 months. I do layer occasionally with a Carnauba wax paste but that is just preference - on ... MoreI have a Black car (year old) and a deep Red car (2 years old) and I have used UDS on both for last year. I would agree with other comments here about removing this once of the car. It's not like other polishes where you can leave it on panels whilst working on others. I find the longer it is left, the harder it is to remove. Also, you will need a quality microfibre to work with this. Gives a great shine on my black car. I've used it on a bright red, not so good. Looking forward to trying it on a darker grey I'll be picking up soon.

Excellent product, great wax - deep shine polish for all types of vehicles. Good value for money. Highly recommend this product to all consumers.
Not entirely sure how it works exactly for dark colours in particular as it looks the same as the normal autoglym polish to me; however, it IS an excellent polish and a deep shine that lasts (because its a resin as opposed to a standard wax) is easily achieved. Autoglym products work, simple as.
excellent product, due to the lock down and not washing the car it had left marks on the paintwork. washed the car and put the polish on. the car is back to its original shine and glitter.
The name "Autoglym " is the best but I feel this product does not stand up to the name. Used this on black paint and when finishing the car looked great. BUT! When the car got wet and dried it seemed to really show up streaks of the polish which had not been buffed out, and I thought I had scratches all over the car but in fact it was surplus wax.
This polish really does what is says on the bottle - in fact few claims are by the makers as to how effective it is. My very dark green Bentley Turbo RT & my dark blue Bentley Continental GT convertible were a nightmare in bright sunlight showing minute scratches after cleaning with other polishes but this polish cured the problem better that I thought possible - magic!
