The cleanser took off make up reasonably well but when trying to take eye make up off, it took it off my eyelashes and it just sat stuck to my skin under my eyes and wouldn’t come off even when using a fresh amount of the cleanser. Therefore I would not recommend the product to use on the eye area.However, it took face make up off and felt like it was good for sensitive skin with no irritation.I would recommend taking off with cotton wool rather than with water.

Tried this when i went out for christmas and new year. I dont wear much makeup but went the full works for special occasion. This worked great removing the makeup. Dont need alot either a little goes a long way. Great packaging and decent size bottle will last a long time. Will purchase again definately worth having a bottle about!

I started using this product as the fact it is for the eye area and for sensitive skin appealed to me. It is definitely gentle on the skin and very cooling. I am impressed with how even when I thought all my mascara was removed the lotion proceeded to remove even more! It feels quite rich compared to my usual cleanser but as it is used prior to toner this balances out well and my skin feels prepared for serum, moisturiser etc.A little of the lotion goes a long way so this is also good value for money.

I've been using this for a while now and i am really impressed with it, it's gentle on the skin and it still removes the makeup. It has a mild smell, I use a cotton pad and it works well to remove all makeup. It's made from 98 percent of natural ingredients.The bottle is 100 percent recycled plastic so helps the environment plus the bottle can be recycled. Would recommend this cleanser.
Love this product. I have dry / sensitive skin and I struggle to find a cleanser that removes makeup without stripping my skin and making it drier than it was before. This both cleanses and soothes. My skin looks so plump and nourished after using! Going to go through many more bottles of this!
This is my favourite cleanser and the one which I use most evening to remove my makeup. It is very creamy, I use a cotton wool pad and the cleanser to remove all traces of my makeup, it is gentle enough to use around my eye area too. Leaves my skin clean and feeling hydrated and plump, its not harsh like other cleansers which strip your skin of their natural oils. This product is a staple and I am never without it, I love lots of the avene products, they work well with my sensitive skin.
I’m so so happy with this. My skin on my face has been so temperamental lately. One minute it’s really dry and the next it’s oily. After using this every night along with a new moisturiser my skin feels like it’s back to normal. Normally my make up remover can feel likes it’s burning me, this is very creamy and fast acting so my skin, especially around my nose feels protected. This is definitely something I will continue using.
I use this cleanser now twice daily, its out performed my previous brand I was using. Its so good at removing both make up and daily grime. It's also quite light on the skin and doesn't leave a residue. Once I changed to this I did have a week of unsettled skin, but I think it was just pulling out the impurities my previous cleanser failed to clear after my breakouts cleared up my skin feels much cleaner and fresher.
This was a very gentle cleanser and I liked the slight fragrance that was not overpowering and barely there. I don't normally use milk cleansers but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked. It took off my make up well but waterproof mascara needed an extra helping hand after cleansing. No issues with my skin after using and I would recommend it to people, even if they do not have sensitive skin, as its just feels a bit gentler than other cleansers.
Why did you include pictures of a different product? This is for sensitive skin which differs from the normal milk cleanser (with a pump) that has been removed from Boots website. This item for sensitive skin has less efficiency in removing makeup, unlike the normal one. Please edit your listing and remove the picture of the wrong product as it creates confusion. Also, bring back the normal one because it works better.
