I ordered the ring pull can opener with "click & collect" contactless pickup. I could only get the item from melville store, approx 60km from where I live. ok I am happy with that but when I arrived I wrongly expected the "collect to be situated outside the store. So I go in and...wrong again...no click & collect sign near cash registers or exit door. I then have to walk around the store until I can find someone to ask 'where is click & collect', by now I am at soft furnishings. A very pleasant member of staff tells me that click & collect is at THE CASH REGISTERS. I continue my walk and by the time I have got to the cash register I have walked a complete circle of the store. I now have to wait in line for my turn! While I wait I look around, there is NOT any signs ... MoreI ordered the ring pull can opener with "click & collect" contactless pickup. My pickup took approx 15mins and contactless, dont laugh, I must have been in the proximity of about 15 people. Yes the ring pull is very useful and does the job it is supposed to do. More than can say for click & collect.
