Perfectly poach your eggs for breakfast, brunch or special occasions with this Avanti Nonstick Egg Poacher. Made of durable carbon steel, this poacher includes a nonstick finish that prevents eggs from sticking. Easy to use, makes up to four eggs at one time. The best part of a poached egg is a soft, runny yolk, so do be careful that you don't pierce the yolks as you are cracking. Place a lid on the pan. Reduce heat to simmering. Cook on medium heat. Wait for the eggs to poach. When the whites are no longer runny, your eggs have cooked. If you want firmer yolks simply cook a little longer to the desired taste. For soft poached eggs cook approximately 4 minutes or until whites are set but yokes are runny. For regular poached eggs cook for approximately 6 minutes or until the whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard. Hand washing is recommended. Wash with hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

We purchased the Egg Poacher for our caravan as it isn’t as bulky as the whole pan with lid etc. Nice and light too. Works great in our small frypan with lid on.

I love it it is the easiest way to cook my pouch eggs . I would rate it at 5 stars
This makes poaching egg super easy and quick, my kids can do it. Its also convenient that the handle isnt hot to touch when finish cooking. Downside is the cleaning, eventhough it says non stick, it does stick and cleaning isnt easy, it takes lots of general scrubbing otherwise it would scratch the surface.

Wonderful addition to the bbq output. Eggs are done to perfection every time. I use see through lid and cant go wrong. My wife now prefers eggs done this way every time.
