NOTE: The cooling temperature should be -18c to achieve a better result. 3 Take the maker out of the freezer and place it on a flat sturdy surface with the stainless steel plate facing upwards. 4 Pour approx. 100-150ml of the previously prepared ice cream mixture onto the stainless steel plate of the maker. 5 Use the spatulas to spread the mixture evenly over the plate and leave to freeze for approx. 3-5 minutes (until firm). 6 Add sprinkles or chocolate flakes for axtra fun and flavour. 7 Scrape thin ice cream rolls with a damp spatula and then transfer from plate to cup or cone. 8 Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
