Aveeno Absolutely Ageless Restorative Night Cream Facial Moisturizer

I've always just used Aveeno lotions for my body not ever anything for my face. So I was excited to try this! I was definitely pleasantly surprised ☺️🤗. First off this AVEENO ABSOLUTELY AGELESS RESTORATIVE NIGHT CREAM smells AMAZING! They use blackberries "blackberry complex" 🍒🍓 This is a great cream to use before you go to sleep 😴😴. I absolutely love this face wash, I have large pores and it is helping change that. I also and noticing my skin tone evening out. It's very gentle on my skin. I have rosacea and most facial cleansers irritate it. This one does not. I do prefer to use my facial rotating brush (soft bristles only) to fluff up the wash. I notice when I'm done and I apply either my daily or nightly moisturizer it absorbs right into my skin. Other cleanser sometimes leave a film in my skin, this one feels fresh when I am done washing my face. I do not wear a lot of makeup so I can not say how well it removes heavy makeup. Light pwders, daily dirt and oils it removes wonderful. If I wore heavy makeup I would suggest still giving this a try. If you are looking for a healing, moisturizing cream for overnight use, then this is your golden ticket. Not only does this hydrate as you sleep, but it leaves your skin refreshed and rejuvenated. It has a thicker, almost pudding like texture that melts into your skin as you apply. It is not greasy at all. The scent is hard to describe, almost like what your Grandma’s powder might have smelt like, which may be a turn off for some people but I love it!

Adverse Reaction: Use with caution

I used the Absolutely Ageless Restorative Night Cream before bed two nights ago. I applied it cautiously around my eyes, being careful not to get too close to my eyes or eyelids. The next morning I woke up very swollen across the bridge of my nose and all around my eyes. Today the swelling is starting to go down, but I am left with with deep wrinkles around my eyes and sagging bags under my eyes. I am 48. Today I look 78. It is quite upsetting. I am hopeful that within a couple days my skin will tighten back to its normal self. For me, this cream is immediately aging, not anti-aging. Beware severe allergic reaction!

I needed to write this for people to beware of the product. I used the product for 3 days not knowing I'm highly allergic to this. I've never in my life have had an allergic reaction from a cream but I do have sensitive skin. The first morning I woke up I had a sore throat. It was very subtle then welts under my skin. The next morning i woke up my throat felt swollen like something was in it. The welts were turning into pink hives. At this point I was thinking if I ate anything or used anything different. This was the only new thing I've used. It definitely confirmed when I used it the next morning. I woke up with my throat swollen and couldn't swallow and hives all over my body. Dry skin, acne, greasy application

I use Aveeno cleanser, the standard green one but mostly the pink calming cleanser and both have worked great for me for years. The green moisturizer works for me as well but it didn't help get rid of my blackheads so I wanted to try something else. As of late, I've been using the Neutrogena hydro boost moisturizer and have used it for a year and I love it. I'm assuming no moisturizer will help with my blackheads though. I figured since the Aveeno products have worked for me that any of them would, boy was I wrong... this was TERRIBLE. Applying it felt so greasy and was hard to rub in. By the morning I woke up, my black heads were filled with pus, I had a few new white heads, my face was swollen and red and my skin felt so dry after I rinsed it off. I had to do my Nugg hydrating face mask immediately after washing my face with the St. Ives oatmeal scrub and Aveeno cleanser. I would also not suggest the Aveeno calming moisturizer as it only sits on top of your skin no matter how much you try to rub it into your face. My family and friends said my face looked white from that moisturizer. I would suggest the cleanser to anyone though and the Neutrogena moisturizer. Neutrogena has really great products. I have yet to have a problem with any of them..

Miracle Product!

I am 31 years old and have sensitive and oily skin. I have bought numerous face creams and have spent hundreds of dollars without any success. Each morning I would battle my eye-area being swollen and burning to the point where I couldn't stand to put any makeup on, nor have ANYTHING touch the skin around my eyes. Smells amazing but irritating to the skin

I have used aveeno face cream and face wash for years and I just I just recently purchased the anti aging night cream and was on night 3 of using this and woke this morning of day 4 with swollen eyelids and puffy around cheekbones. Also red, itchy and bumpy skin. Sadly after I just spent $35 on it I will not be using this product anymore.

alllergic reaction

I used this product for about a year and loved it. I have pretty dry skin and it seemed to moisturize really well. However, I had recently bought a new jar of this and I noticed I was getting dry red patches under my eyes. I was confused as to what was causing this because I've never had sensitive skin. Because I had used this product for a while without any issues, I wasn't thinking that this was what was causing the irritation and continued to use it. About a week after using my new jar of this I woke up with an extremely swollen, red, and itchy face and ended up going to the ER. Thankfully, with antibiotics and hydrocortisone my skin is healing, but I honestly regret ever buying this. soften skin, faded freckles, and toned down brown age mark on cheek

I used aveeno on my body for red itchy patches on my legs and stomach a few years ago. I soaked in your exzema bath product that had collodial oatmeal in it. It was so good, within a few days the redness and itching had stopped. One day i saw the positively ageless products in the drugstore and thought if the other products worked then lets give this a go. Well, with in weeks, of using day and night, it made my skin softer, glowier, got rid of the spots freckles, better than all the lasers, dermatologist creams and treatments that i had done before. I tell everyone about your creams. They are truly a miracle. Thanks so much for creating such great products that really work! if you want before and after pictures i have them!
