I always suffer from dry skin during the winter, particularly on my hands and fingers where I have eczema which often cracks open. I used this cream as and when needed on my hands. This product is a game changer! I've trialled so many body lotions and butters - both affordable and high-end products - and I was never satisfied. My skin is very try and sensitive and any trace of perfume makes me turn into a lobster! Aveeno Dermexa is simply fantastic! The hydrating and moisturising effects last for days. My skin is now supple and smooth, I just love it. The only minor 'flaw' is the consistency - the balm is quite thick, but not too thick. It has a subtle (very subtle) oats scent but you can tell that comes from the ingredients rather than perfume addition. An overall amazing product!

Iv used la roche posey lipikar cream for years and although I still love it, I decided to take the plunge and try something new for the areas on my body that I break out in with contact dermatitis and this product was JUST what I needed. It has no scent (unlike the LRP lipikar that states it has no scent but there is a fainttttt fishy smell to it), is super thick (in a good way) lasts for well over 4-6 hours on the skin and last but not least, instantly soothes irritated skin. I only wish it came in a bigger tub…. Love it. Will definitely re purchase
