Cooling creamy, oaty cleanser

Aveeno Face Calm and Restore Nourishing Oat Clesnser is brilliant. I have slightly combination skin . Can be dry at times and in cold weather can end up looking a little red and feeling sore. This Avedno cleanser is fantastic. It has a real calming effect on the skin. It cleans wonderfully well, even removing stubborn waterproof makeup with no trouble. I really like the smell. It does smell like oats. In a pump action bottle is easy to dispense. It is a wecome addition to my daily routine. I use it once per day in the evening wnen I come home from work to remove the daily grime and my makeup. It works well with the other products I use which includes tobers, eye gels and moisturisers. Decent cleanser, awkward dispenser

Overall, this is a pretty nice facial cleanser. The packaging looks good, but I had the devil of a time getting the pump dispenser to unlock. I genuinely wasted about five minutes spinning the top of the dispenser round and round in the direction of the open arrow with no joy and I was pretty close to tossing it away and just squeezing the bottle instead. Once it was opened, the product feels nice in your hands when it's dispensed and has a very faint but perfectly pleasant scent (it's marketed as unscented). The product doesn't lather when applied, which left me feeling slightly less convinced if it was working, but when rinsed off I did feel as though my skin was cleaner. And I don't feel any discomfort like after other products I've dealt with. The skin is very well moisturaized and gaona elasticity. There is no feeling od pulled skin. Avenno is enriched with prebiotic oat extract & calming fevwrfew. IT is hypoallergenic products. It's Perfect for me and I'm going to use it. I will look for other cosmetics on the same series. Oh my word!I've hardly had a chance to try this but after just one wash I know I've found something I will be using for a long time.As a Tretinonin user, I have to be careful what I put on my face - I'm very prone to dry and peeling skin. I'm always skeptical of anything that claims to be 'nourishing' but this truly is. Immediately after using for the first time my skin felt so soft and rejuvenated- I'm honestly shocked how great it's made it feel. This cleanser honestly feels like a much higher end product.I expected it to foam on application but it stayed the same consistency. I found it a little strange at first but it's absolutely fine, especially given the wonderful results. In fact, I'm sure the lack of foaming agent contributes to it's gentleness.

I definitely recommend this to anyone that suffers with extremely sensitive skin. It is so mild and gentle, I was amazed at how non irritating it is. I even recommended it to my partner who has even more sensitive skin than I do.The only thing I didn't like about it is it's non foaming. Personally, I prefer my cleansers to foam so I know where I've cleaned, but not everyone does, so if you hate foaming cleansers this is a great one.
