As someone with sensitive skin and skin allergies, breaking out in red rashes, an allergy friendly moisturiser and body wash is a saviour, and Aveeno is truly exceptional. It really replenishes the moisture barrier and my skin feels so soft, hydrated and clean, and certainly offers itchy skin relief- highly recommended to anyone who has allergies or skin sensitivity. After using this product for a few days, I certainly felt an improvement in my skin, and any allergies had subsided. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with this product- the fragrance free and being economical, long lasting with a creamy thick texture, it certainly delivers- Dry, sensitive and itchy skin will certainly benefit from the Aveeno body wash, and your skin will feel hydrated, replenished and moisturised.

But then, since I had body wash, I used it anyways and when I tell you, I regret it because my sensitive skin that cannot handle fragrance used very strong fragrance body wash. I don’t understand why Anna would add such strong fragrance or any at all to their fragrance free sensitive skin body wash when they have two other options of fragrance. I bought this not realizing that there was a new formula, because I’ve been using this soap for years. Turned out the new formula is scented. The photo of the bottle here is old. Read the full list of the ingredients (click the button), which is the new formula. It gives the list of the chemicals and fragrances, then says, "Skin Conditioner complex provides a light, gentle scent." That sentence is nowhere on the new packaging I bought.For me this formula is very drying, which is, of course, what fragrance does in soap. I used it to wash my hands once and immediately realized the problem, so I returned it for a refund. A big disappointment.

My husband and I have been using the Aveeno Fragrance-Free Free wash for a very long time as we have sensitive skin and are also sensitive to fragrance. We just bought our large refill pack from Amazon and there was no indication in the photo or product headline that there was a new formula. My husband noticed the packaging change and tried it today. This product is now clearly fragranced because of the FLOWER OIL, Rose Geranium!!, in it! My husband also said the texture was different and grainy. I've seen a few similar reviews recently: I've used this product for a long time, but the shipment I received this time that has this "New Formula" logo across the top is definitely not the same. The first and most immediate thing I noticed was the odor. This is *not fragrance free*. This is a clear off scent to this product that stays on you even after showering thoroughly. I notice it, my cats notice it, and my friends have commented on it. Second, the body wash consistency has changed from a white / soapy output and application to a very clear liquid output that simply is not close to the same quality or feel as before. I unfortunately need to find a new product because of this "New Formula" change.

Definitely not a smell I want all over my body. It doesn't dissipate either, I can smell it for hours. It's effective at cleansing and leaves a nice feel but I will not be repurchasing due to the overpowering scent. I suspect it's the Pelargonium Graveolens Oil and the Commiphora Myrrha Extract, as both of those are fragrant. Why would you make a cleanser specifically for sensitive skin, market it as fragrance free, and then put geranium oil in it? Will not be purchasing again, I will be finding a new body wash that doesn't lie about being fragrance free.
