(I hate to recommend this product because that makes it harder to find!) I have used this religiously for years. I do not like the tinted/scented version at all. This review is for the unscented version. It's a mineral sunscreen so it does lend a sort of ghostly, chalky look to the skin. Add some makeup on top of it if you want or need to. I'm fine looking like Casper the Ghost. It's a lot better than looking like a boiled lobster or an old saddle!

I'm disappointed by this eye cream sadly. While it's hydrating it ends up pilling if I use anything else with it. If i only use the tiniest drop of it, it's not bad but other than that it just doesn't play well with other serums or moisturizers. I even use the avene antioxidant cream and that pills too.

I love Avene as a brand, but this particular eye cream is outstanding! Formulated for sensitive skin (therefore good for any skin type and condition), it also contains retinol. My eye area loved it and soon after starting using it I began to notice visible results on my fine lines. Excellent product, that I want to repurchase asap, from a reputable and trustworthy brand.
