Fantastic little pan, used to replace non-stick. Great heat overall, creates a fantastic non-stick surface when the water test results in a single bead of water gliding effortlessly over the surface. Cooks scrambled eggs with no sticking when heated correctly.

Fantastic frypan, heats quickly, feels great. The water test for non stick results in a fantastic single bead of water just gliding over the surface ensuring it is non-stick before adding oil. Seems to have great overall heating on the surface.
Good quality, even heat distribution. I replaced a non-stick pan with this and find it easier to clean than the non-stick one.
Provides the most even heat ever had in a pan. This item get used every other day in our house. We use with and without oil during cooking processes. It is easy to clean, throw some water in it and drop of detergent, pop on the gas, boil for minute or so, turn off, anything left wipes out. The main handle never gets hot. Very happy with this purchase.
Works aok on our induction stove. Very happy with it, and no more non stick coatings in our house.
