Very quiet. Great value. Allot slower opening and closing than my old B&D motor. The range on the remotes not as good as the old one either. Remote control if the light is a nice gimmick

Great product, easy install and programming. Only negative is there are no aftermarket remotes available, so have to pay $65-70 for a spare portable remote (beyond the 2 in the box)

The product seems to work fine but it's wobbly drive looks deceiving. When I got the opener out from the box, it looks wonderful but as I started to move the motor by hand, I felt the wobbly nature of the drive. The product works fine in operation, its wobbly motion is obvious. You have to work around the door to reduce this.

Quiet motor, smooth operation, looked very easy to install. Remotes are far too large for 2017- they should really be half the size. Great warranty period-if it's worth the piece of paper it's written on-let's hope I won't need to test it out.
The B&D garage roller door opener arrived after a couple of days. Simple enough to install, with some help from YouTube videos for similar products. Moves up and down quietly and the remotes work well outside from a distance. I just can't wait for the next rainy day.
The design needs to be improved. The bottom half of the assembly needs to have a different shape. It needs to kick out away from the door approximately another 30mm. Nearly all roller doors now have wind locks that stick out from the door curtain by 30mm. If you weren't aware of this you could smash the led light cover when you lift the door for the first time. There should also be better drawings showing mount dimensions for doors with wind locks.
Have just fitted this and was easy to be installed and works very quiet and smooth
Excellent, very efficient roller door motor and remote control system. Very quiet and smooth operation, very long range remote control.
The memory board went on the previous one so it was a straight replacement. I wonder if they are programmed to fail after 3000 openings as the motor is perfectly fine.
The installation was easy to do ,adjusting took a little time . Programming the remotes was straight-forward. Very happy with the operation.
