Babolat Pure Strike Lite 3rd Gen Tennis Racquet 4 1/8

Introducing the lightest member of the Pure Strike family! This racquet delivers maneuverability and precision to beginner and intermediate level players. With its light weight this racket moves through contact with explosive speed. As such, it is great for learning the game and developing the stroke mechanics for generating power and spin. This racket features hybrid frame construction (called Control Frame Technology), which blends the control and feel of square beam with the speed and dynamism of a modern elliptical beam. This stick also has FSI Power technology which features wider spacing between the upper cross strings for slightly easier access to spin and pace. New to this generation of Pure Strikes is C2Pure Feel, a material technology that combines cortex with a uniquely flexible viscoelastic rubber at 3/9 o'clock. The upshot is an even more dampened feel than the previous generation with slightly better pocketing. On groundstrokes this light and comfortable racquet will give you accurate targeting on full swings. With its rapid acceleration, improving players will find it easier to swing fast when more pace or spin is desired. As with the heavier Strike models, this racket feels extremely reliable and predictable across different stroke speeds. At net the Pure Strike Lite offers the best of both worlds. It moves fast but it also feels solid at contact. Finally, aggressive servers will love how fast this racket explodes through contact. As the lightest and fastest member of the Pure Strike family, this is a great option for the improving player who wants a high performance racquet without the burden of weight.
