Appreciate this machine and the way it helped with sleepless nights. The instant bottle maker at night; However, the machine gets clogged everyday with caked formula and my babies bottles have chunks of formula floating in it so I end up throughout it out and have to clean the machine and reload for a new bottle. Which means I'm wasting formula and due to the formula shortage I have stopped using the machine so much. Wish there was an easier way to clean the machine and not waste so much formula.

My son and daughter in law were using this for my new grandaughter for a couple weeks before he 1 month checkup with the dr. They had a terrible experience because of it. The doctor said the baby wasn't gaining weight properly and there could be a serious issue and they were told to take her to the hospital to get tests done. They told me that the dr made them feel like bad parents, this is the 4th child, and they were very worried because they knew they weren't doing anything wrong. At the hospital someone heard them say they were using this machine. That person told them that this machine was known to mix the formula wrong! This was what caused the problem. When they stopped using it the baby started gaining weight normally.People who didn't experience this ... This is by far easier to maintain and just as functional as the $199 model that mixes in the formula for you. It's absolutely wonderful to have the water at the perfect temperature instantly, no waiting. Just pour your water,add formula, mix and serve. You have the perfect temperature bottle every time in a minute or less. And the model is easy to maintain. You can even use the hottest setti g to make perfect temperature child hot cocoa. This is a must have for formula fed babies and well worth the $60 price tag.

I absolutely loved this thing. It was perfect as my baby refused to drink cold or room temperature formula. I was still using this as my child has a mild milk intolerance so she is on toddler formula. The lever that dispenses the handle broke completely off. The product is only 14 months old, but I bought it from a retailer so I don't get that extra 6 months. Completely disappointed as I still use this product daily.
We liked the brezza for the first month, then it started to leak. It now leaks randomly in between every bottle. The design NEEDS to be fixed. It’s a waste of water and creates a mess. It’s also difficult to wash. It would be easier to wash if the water tank was removable. There’s no way to actually get a deep wash and sterilization because the machine is in one piece. If there was a way I could return this, I would.

As I suspected, the water tastes like plastic. I think once it’s been heated and then being continually heated to maintain temperature it’s causing the plastic to leech into the water. I tasted it a couple times, and thought I was being crazy but I had 2 other people taste it and yep the water tastes like straight plastic. Another issue I had with the reservoir is that it isn’t removable. The instructions state to wash it out daily. Baby brezza this has the potential to be an amazing product - but please make the reservoir removable and GLASS. It would be so much easier to clean, and fill up and provide a little more peace of mind that we aren’t giving our babies plastic/chemical water.
The device does what it says it does. It keeps water warm which is convenient. There are 3 temperatures, room temp, body temp, and a little warmer than body temperature. The different colored lights let you know when the water is warmed or warming and at what level temperature the water is. The resevoir on top is definitely top heavy and it takes quite a bit of water to keep filled to the minimum line so you waste your distilled water when you want to clean it. Cleaning it is slightly tough because the resevoir is attached to the electrical part so you have to be care not to get it completely wet. The worst part of this device is that it leaks from the tap and leaves a mess on your countertop. I will be continuing to use this only until I find something better.

We do a lot of solo feedings in our house due to rotating shifts and this little unit has been great compared to the bottle warmer we were using. 7 minutes of warming while a baby is letting you know how they feel about it can last forever in new parent world. The directions say to rinse the machine and fill with fresh water every day, but I think it would be helpful if the machine included a blurb about the safety of keeping the water warm to ease my mind so I wasn’t constantly worrying. Another flaw is that this product only has one function: to dispense warm water. If my son doesn’t drink his bottle right away, or if I feed half his bottle and then wish the feed the rest 30 minutes later, I still need to use my bottle warmer. It crowds my countertop to have more than one device. Another issue I find is that there is no indicator on the platform of the warmer to show where to place the bottle when dispensing the water. Therefore, by placing the bottle slightly off from where it belongs, without fail I spill the water every time when I press the lever down to fill the bottle-keep in mind I use tall, narrow-necked bottles. There should be an outline of where to put the bottle or a light so I can see where the bottle goes to ensure proper placement. All in all, I wanted to love this product, but it needs some work.
I purchased for my grandson. I thought it would help making his bottle much faster for him. You have to use distilled water in the reservoir. This added an expense to my son. Once the water is heated and kept at the temp of my grandsons bottles he wouldn’t drink his formula. We could figure out why. Come to find out his bottles tasted different. There was a plastic taste to it. We tried his bottles with just the water heated in his glass bottle with formula and he drank his bottle with no issue. His next bottle we tried out of the baby brezza and again he wouldn’t drink his bottle. So we had to stop using the Brezza. I am a little upset because I am out $50 plus the extenddd warranty. The store wouldn’t except the matching back because my son threw away the box.
