Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this sterilizer with dryer! Let me start by saying this product is truly pretty awesome and I was very impressed! I wasn't sure that I would like having an all in one, or what to even expect from this unit. I also like that everything has it's own space so you know the steam is able to permeate everything and truly sterilize. The only thing that is slightly tricky for me is I worried my smallest valve part of my pump would go through the larger holes in the baskets, so I keep the two smallest parts hooked together to prevent this from happening. This product is on the larger size, so if you have smaller counter space, you may need tuck it away between uses.The sterilizer dryer is easy to use and with a few touches of a button, it is set to sterilize and dry completely on its own! I always use the 30 minute setting, but you are also able to choose 45 minutes or even 60 minutes. The unit is pretty quiet while running, and there is a timer counting down how much time has passed and how much time is left until the cycle is complete. I think my most favorite feature of all is the automatic drying that happens at the end of the sterilizing! When I checked the bottles the first time, I was expecting to remove the bottles to find some moisture and steam still left inside. Much to my surprise, every single bottle, nipple, and pump part was completely 100% dry without one drop of moisture!! This is huge because it saves a step of laying everything out to dry on the counter. As soon as cycle is over, everything is ready to be put away or used again! Overall, I absolutely love this sterilizer dryer and I recommend it to anyone looking for an easier and more carefree and time-saving way to sterilizer your pump parts and bottles!

However, the sterilized items took so long to air dry (and it's hard to plan so far in ahead with a little one in the picture) that I found myself sterilizing a lot less frequently than I prefer. I would also love to see a version that is just as wide but half as deep (accommodating one row of bottles rather than two), as I think that dimension would make it even more convenient to keep the unit on the counter. I'd rather do two smaller loads and keep the unit on the counter than one large load but need to put the unit away between uses, if I was short on counter space. A smaller unit would also be sufficient capacity for nursing moms that aren't pumping or supplementing with bottles too frequently while still giving these moms the awesome convenience of the modular and drying features of this sterilizer. However, these additional options would just be icing on the cake; I fully recommend it as it is!

I didn't know that I needed this sterilizer and dryer until I had it! I have a 3 week old and planned on using this only for pump parts at this point. However, I'm dealing with thrush and am exclusively pumping and bottle feeding. With thrush, it's so important to sterilize everything that touches the baby or me. Truthfully, I would not have purchased this product as I saw it as another unnecessary baby product to junk up the counter. But now that I have it, I can't image life without it and wish I had it for my first born. I would definitely recommend this to any mom that plans on going back to work and pumping just for the convenience of sterilizing pump parts every night. Or for anyone that is planning on bottle feeding. This would be great also for any baby that is immune compromised and requires a lot of sterilizing (you can sterilize pacifiers, teethers, and other baby accessories!).Only downside is that I have it on my counter, under my kitchen cabinets, and I have to pull it out from under the cabinets when I use it because I don't want the steam that comes out of the top to ruin the cabinets. This sterilizer is easy to use and user friendly. I was able to set it up and get a cycle started within 5 minutes after a quick read through the brief directions. Adding water is simple, and dumping it for storage is as well. I was disappointed to learn that distilled water is required, as we don't keep that on hand. We have a reverse osmosis system, and am curious to know if water from that system would be sufficient. Once water was added, it was ready to go, and the controls were straightforward and easy to operate on the first try.There is a large main basket, with an optional tray to set in for accessories. However, I was disappointed to find that because of the type of pump that I use, they were too tall to sit on the tray and still allow the top to close (they are one piece and cannot be detached). I had a similar issue when attaching the second, smaller compartment above the main one. This compartment can also be used on its own, but again, it was too short for my flanges. I was able to nestle them in with the bottles in the main compartment, but I'm not sure if this level of crowding is best practice for sterilizing. I ended up using the accessory tray and smaller compartment for small accessories like bottle rings and pump membranes, as well as silicone pacifiers and teethers that are safe for steam sterilization. The smaller compartments were also nice for sippy cup straws and parts that I felt could use a little extra cleaning.While I liked the idea of the modular feature, I didn't find it all that helpful. As explained above, I couldn't use it to accommodate my pump parts in addition to the bottles so that all could be sterilized at once, which is the main reason I would want a large sterilizer like this. If you choose not to use all the pieces/compartments, you still have to store or put them somewhere, and using less doesn't do anything to change the footprint of the sterilizer on the countertop.As far as the actual function of the sterilizer, there is an option to sterilize only or sterilize and dry. The dry feature is a nice option when you don't have time for air drying, and I found that the bottles and parts were dry enough for use after even the shortest (30 minute) dry cycle. It's definitely nice to have this option when you're in a pinch and need a set of parts or a bottle fast, and I appreciated this feature more than I was expecting. When the machine is running, it is a bit noisy. It sounds like a quieter version of a single-cup coffee maker when starting up, has a low hum while sterilizing and a fairly loud fan noise (with venting steam) while drying. It beeps when the cycle is finished, which is helpful in a busy household.Overall, I was pleased with the actual performance, but am not sure that an extra piece of (rather large) equipment is needed to do the job. I have used multi-use, disposable plastic steam sterilizer bags for the microwave for years, and like their convenience and compact size. They get the job done in nearly the same amount of time as this sterilizer and use tap water, although they don't dry the parts, which is admittedly a nice feature. I can just put some water into the bottom (try not to forget this part), push a button, and then come back later to everything clean and dry. I have tried a microwave sterilizer, which I liked a lot more than I thought I would, but I would always forget about it and then my parts wouldn’t dry very well, or people would get the parts dirty again, and that was so frustrating! I hate having to redo work, especially when I'm already overwhelmed with everything else I need to do! However, with this sterilizer and dryer, I can just start it and then not have to worry about it. Nobody messes with my sterilized parts because they’re in their own place, and then they’re ready to be used whenever I need them.I really appreciated the modular format of the product. If you have taller bottles, you can only fit one level of accessories, and even my shorter sippy cups were too tall to use the middle tray with, but if you are only doing shorter bottles and pump parts, you can fit in so many other accessories.I did struggle with the smaller parts to my pumps falling through the holes in the steamer. I wish they could have made the holes a little smaller and closer together so that I could sterilize smaller items more easily. I’m still trying to figure out the best way to put my valves in so they get sterilized well.I also wish the sterilization process were faster, but the convenience of having it sterilize and dry on its own is worth it in my opinion. It is still faster than the dishwasher, and you don’t have to worry about discoloration or melting like you do in the dishwasher.Overall, I think this sterilizer and dryer in one is a great product! I wish I had gotten one sooner. Especially in the first few weeks with a newborn baby, I do much sterilizing and pumping, it’s hard to keep up with everything. Being able to sterilize and dry everything in one step is just so convenient. I would definitely recommend it!
The heating element stopped working after 2 weeks so it no longer sterilized. As I had received this as a gift a while before the baby was born, I didn’t have proof of purchase. I had confidence that warranty would cover any problems. However I was told there was nothing that could be done without the proof of purchase. So this will just go into the trash. It was helpful when it actually worked. Not sure I would recommend based on customer service. Many new moms receive great gifts but it seems tacky at the time to demand a receipt. I was considering purchasing the formula maker as well but changed my mind after this experience
This Baby Brezza sterilizer is super easy to use and works wonderfully. There is an option to sterilize without drying, in case you are in a rush; dry without sterilizing, if you just need some extra dry time, or the combo, which seems like the typical setting. You don't have to mess with many buttons or configurations, and it tells you exactly how much dry time is left (the sterilization time counts up which is a bit confusing but seems to be a standard time of 15 minutes). It's a little big if you don't have much countertop space, but it is built narrower and taller than other similar products, so it's a great option if you definitely want a sterilizer.I LOVE the drying feature. So I have to take up a bottle spot with the flanges (and even there they don't fit very well) and can't run as much at a time. I have a fairly standard pump, so I imagine this could be an issue for others, but it just depends on how much you need to run each time, so not a deal breaker.I'm not one to sterilize my bottles or pump parts daily, but if I were, this would be a top choice for me for a one-and-done solution. I am a working mom who pumps daily and breastfeeds at home, and I found that two levels was just right to fit all of my breast pump parts, a couple pacifiers, and a bottle or two. Had I added the third tier I would be able to fit 4 bottles (we use 6 ounce size), the pump parts, and pacifiers.The items came out bone dry and ready to use whether I used the 30min, 45min, or 60min sterilize and dry cycle so I prefer the shortest 30 minute cycle to save time and energy.I loved that I could just do a quick wash of the items and then throw them in this sterilizer to know they were cleaned and ready to use, there is nothing I hate more than doing dishes after a long day at work so this product really saved me time and hassle.My favorite part of using this product is literally the satisfaction of removing all the products completely dry and ready to use.Before I got this, my method of sterilization was putting all my pump parts and bottles in a boiling pot of water and then setting them on a drying rack to dry. With air drying them on the rack it would sometimes take 24 or even 48 hours before they were completely free of water, and I always worried that they were picking up germs or pet hair while they sat out on the counter so long, but now that's not an issue. I can unload the items and put them in the cabinet immediately! It's important to me that I know the products I'm using for my baby are clean and germ free and I really didn't realize how much time I was spending getting things cleaned before I got this product. Now when I get home from work I run the sterilize and dry cycle while I make dinner and by the time we're done eating everything for my baby and my breast pump is clean, dry, and ready to use!The only negatives I've found are the product's size and the ongoing maintenance costs.When this sterilizer is fully assembled with all three tiers it is so tall that it barely fits under my kitchen cabinets and it takes up most of the counter space. While it is a nice design, and I liked the white, I feel like it adds a lot of clutter to my kitchen space and if I want to store it in a cabinet it takes up the entire shelf.I tried to use regular tap water and filtered refrigerator water but it left a lot of residue in the bottom of the sterilizer, so you really do want to use distilled water (as the instruction manual reccommends).I didnt love that I had to purchase special water to use this product and that I have to purchase new HEPA filters for it every few months (though I understand it for hygienic purposes and luckily they are affordable).Overall if you want to have a quick way to sterilize and dry your baby items this is a great product and I would recommend it, just make sure you have somewhere to use it and store it because it is large!

Since this system sterilized AND dried in under 45 minutes, it would save so much time. The thought behind the system was intelligent, unfortunately it is not the thought that counts though.My initial use of this product was excellent. When it arrived, it was easy to assemble and power on. Since then, I have been able to use it as designed once, but every other time it only stays on for a few seconds or minutes, and lights up to tell me that there is no water (even though the water is still to the max line.I was so excited for this product, but continue to get frustrated as it only works every once in a while. If Baby Brezza fixes this error, I would be elated and more than happy to continue using it as it is easy to disassemble, clean, put together and operate. The width is equivalent to a large toaster, so it does not take up much counter space, and is efficient is storing and organizing many products to sterilize and dry.

Fully assembled, it did fit on my counter in the space under my standard spaced cabinets but when I was using it it needed to be pulled out because the steam comes out the top (didn't want to damage the underside of my cabinets).At the same time, because of its size, I never needed to do two separate loads, even when I had all my pump gear plus bottles and a couple different accessories (pacifiers, etc.). The modular format was nice to have more options depending on the height / amount of things I was needing to put in.So as you're looking at this product, know that it works really well. My recommendation would be to consider the amount of things you need to routinely sterilize (vs. just clean with hot water and soap ... or just your level of comfort with germs) and how precious counter top space is to you.
