It kept him close and snug and is super easy to use. Very comfortable and low profile. Once he got bigger it was perfect for around the house and quick trips. I don't prefer it for extended periods of walking or outside once he got about three months, because of the lack of structure. But up until then this was absolutely ideal.

My baby loves this! He can be fussing all day but once I put him in the K’tan he settles right down. Easy to use. My only downside with it is it does get a bit sweaty at times, maybe the active one might be better for warmer climates/summer.

Perfect for our newborn. With our previous children we used the Ergobaby carrier which had an infant insert. There was too much fabric and we are starting summer so this K’tan carrier is absolutely fabulous. Breathable, secure and I can find my baby easily!
I did a lot of research on baby wraps and this seemed like a simple and easy alternative. However it has almost no elasticity and is extremely difficult to use. I sized up per recommendation but it was still too small. I would size up by two if I were you! In the process of returning this. I wouldn't purchase again. YouTube videos show how to wear baby in it though!
So initially, I wasn't too sure about using this carrier. I feared that the learning curve would be frustrating. After speaking with my midwife about different styles and my fears, she told me that this carrier would be a good fit because it gives all of the benefits of a wrap but works for people like me who didn't want to be flustered in a parking lot with tail ends of a carrier dragging all over the place.There was a bit of a learning curve. After about 2 or 3 times trying it out, I was able to get the hang of it confidently without having to look in the mirror. That is the ONLY reason I gave less than a perfect score.I would recommend this carrier to any parent or caregiver. I don't have any regrets about buying it!

I had a Moby but the material was so thick and there was so much fabric I would get frustrated trying to keep it from dragging on the floor or the road outside the grocery store. I was initially excited to get this. I had registered for it and the fact that I didn't have to wrap or tie it myself was the reason I wanted it. However, after returning the first one for being too big, I got a size down. I washed it and twisted the shoulders to make it tighter, but the baby always slipped down. I didn't like that I couldn't make it any tighter. I exchanged it for a wrap that I could adjust myself and both baby and I are much happier.
Have really appreciated how easy it is to get this sling on and off. Packs compactly into the included pouch which is integrated as part of the sling- so smart. Its really nice not to have a million yards of fabric dragging around as you try to tie and untie the wrap with a newborn. Love having a simple, organic fabric. Does stretch a bit, so think about that when youre deciding on the size. Great price, too.
for some reason my baby did not like this carrier. He loves the Baby Bjorn instead. I think I also bought the wrong size. I would wear a medium in women's wear but the medium is too big and baby does not fit snugly. I should have gone for a small. The organic natural fabric is very soft and nice, but of course once you wash it in preparation for baby's arrival you can't return it. Even though it is light coloured and organic, the fabric is still also quite thick and I think baby would be too hot in summer. Hard to judge what size you might need when you a pregnant and have a big belly! I would wait until after baby arrives before buying a wrap.
