Quality is good, and I really like the buckle closure rather than the buttons on the original. Like some other reviews have mentioned, the bottom is a little short, but doesn’t seem to effect the function of the item. Also, the colors are very bright (looks almost like scrub colors - in the green and blue), not a negative, just a note.

The covers fit our 2 different styles of bjorn bouncers. We actually prefer the clips on this to the bjorn’s. Really happy with the product.\n\nUpdate ~2 months later: really happy with these covers. They wash and wear well and we prefer them over the original covers (ours had button toggles).

We live in Boston with cold long winters, and rely on the carrier when its not easy to take a stroller. This carrier cover is very functional and waterproof, and generally does as advertised. It's not particularly thick, so you'd still want to have your child wearing warm clothing underneath - it's really more of a waterproof cover with soft fleece lining. Aside from that however, I think there's one major flaw which would be relatively easy for the company to fix.To connect the cover to the carrier, the cover has two holes which you put the baby bjorn carrier straps through. It's a design flaw which would be so easy to fix by simply adding small Velcro straps to go through the holes, so you could attach to any carrier straps without having to unclip the buckle. To adjust this, I bought some Velcro brand straps (used for organizing cords) which should do the trick, but it would have been way easier if the company just accounted for this and attached straps to the cover itself.

The colors are lovely, but I washed them and they seem to have shrunk, one color more than the other. I wanted these as our main seats but now they are just replacements because they were not as sturdy as the originals (I have washed in the same temperature before and they did not lose shape). \nI do like the color.\nI wish they had the elastic loops at the bottom as well to keep them in place.
I ordered this to use with the baby carrier mini and it works perfectly. It keeps my baby nice and warm on cool brisk days when we go for walks. If colder than 40 degrees, I still dress baby warmly with gloves, layers but it’s nice to have the wind protection. Also, I’ve used in the mall and it’s nice to cover her with the hood to protect her from germs from others while keeping her in my chest. Well worth the price
Absolutely a must for cold weather!!! My 15 month old prefers the carrier to her pram at the moment and in this cold weather this cover has been amazing. My daughter looks so snug and cozy. Plus you can put your hands in to keep warm. Highly recommend
This cover is very good idea. I have just bought it but I have not used it yet as it is still hot. I am looking forward though using it soon as one of the problems you have with any carriers is that babies' feet feel cold especially when you go for a long walk or your baby hates socks. Such a great idea. The fact that you can use it two ways is also very clever.
This cover is everything I hoped for: easy to use, easy to clean, and toasty warm!! I live in Alaska, so a carrier cover is essential. This thing keeps our little one cozy and happy on long walks. I don’t have to worry about cold little fingers/toes or windchill, and I can put it on easily with one hand. Excellent product!
Rachel was born in the winter, so when I ordered our Bjorn carrier it only made sense to get the cover! My husband at first thought it was unnecessary because the weather for some reason wasn't that bad. He soon changed his mind though! This cover is sooo great! Warm, wind and rain proof! Sooo easy to put on too. I loved using it in the winter, especially when I wanted to put a cute outfit on her that wasn't very warm for the outdoors. Having this cover made it possible for her to not have to wear too many layers and stay warm. It's also possible to remove the hat for days when it's not a necessity. I still carry it with me even on warm days incase of rain and such. Easy to take around and stylish in my opinion. I really like the fact that it is big enough to use ... Really disappointed with this. First off, it's not as warm as I had expected. My baby's hands are still very cold when covered by this, and that was in relatively mild temperatures. Secondly, the design is bad as the cover doesn't sit flush and leaves a big gap. When the baby faces inwards and the hood is attached it is ok, but if the baby faces outwards then there is a significant gap between the cover and the carrier, meaning the cold easily gets in.
