BabyBjorn Toy For Bouncer - Googly Eyes

I think I liked the idea of this toy more than my little one actually did. She played with it for a very short time and got bored of it fairly quickly. It only worked on the bouncer for us so we had very limited use. It is pretty but the bouncer is fantastic on its own so the toy is not really necessary.

Firstly, get the bouncer. Especially if you want your baby to poop, because this thing works magic.Secondly, get the toy bar. Have you ever looked at a baby with googly eyes? Just try and be mad about the early morning wake-up cries when you see this delight. 10/10 would recommend baby googly eyes. Good job design team!

Classic and fun education

I purchased the BabyBjörn Wooden Toy for our 8 week old baby girl. As a teacher I feel that I am even more conscious of finding toys that will allow her to learn as she is playing. She already loved being in her soft bouncer, and now I am pleased that she is able to work on her developmental stages as she enjoys playing in safe comfort. It was only in the past few days that she began grabbing at toys that were presented to her, so I was sure she would love the Wooden Toy being attached at the perfect distance for her to continue learning this skill. One of the benefits is that she can do this independently without us having to hold things in front of her. The design of the toys may look simple but features such as the eyes and the angle of the flowers seems to me to be a deliberate design feature to enhance the educational power of the toy. The quality of the materials used means the toy is durable, easy to keep clean and will last a lifetime. This is all evidence of true value for money. I will recommend the BabyBjörn Bouncer to all of my mummy friends, and the BabyBjörn Wooden Toy will make the perfect gift... if they don't already have one!

First toy our daughter engaged with

This is a lovely addition to the BabyBjorn, and the first toy our daughter started meaningfully engaging with at around 9 weeks. She loves to focus on the shapes and play with them, we can see how she is learning coordination and focus. She is content to sit for long periods of time playing. Highly recommended!

Great addition to the bouncer!

The pastel toy bar is a great addition to the bouncer. Our son loves both! For a while, I tried to clip his teething toys onto the seat, but it was just awkward. I bit the bullet and purchased because our son spends a good amount of time happily bouncing in his bouncer... the bar only adds to the entertainment. The toy bar is great quality (love the wood accents!) and the colours don't clash with our decor like so many baby toys. I have to take one star off because it was just so expensive for what you're getting, but there are no alternatives.

LOVE This Toy!

We received this toy as a gift and are SO HAPPY we did! Our son loves this. We received it when he was about 2 months old and it was the first toy he really interacted with - I was delighted when he first spun one of the butterflies himself. He's 6 months old and continues to enjoy this toy. We recently purchased one as a gift for a friend because we love this so much. We didn't buy one for ourselves initially because it felt frivolous, but it really is a wonderful toy and we are very happy to have it.

Makes time spent in bouncer more productive

Very well designed. My four month old baby absolutely loves his BabyBjorn bouncer, he will happily bounce himself in it for hours each day. I bought this toy bar to stimulate his brain development.I like how you can position it at any height along the sides of the bouncer, so that your baby can best reach the toy. Or you could even place it at the bottom for the baby to kick.The round center toy on our bar is a little stiff to move. I'm hoping that it loosens up with use so it spins just as freely as the two flowers.I also appreciate how BabyBjorn uses minimal packaging for their products. Less wasteful. Super easy to unwrap and set up.

Perfection

In all the bouncers I had seen before, the toys did not need to be removed when placing the child into it. And also it was possible to hang some extra toys. That's why I was skeptical when I saw the BB wooden toy at first. I thought It would be very annoying to put it on and off every time my baby sat on the bouncer. But to my surprise it proved to be so easy. And there is no need to fix any other toys because my son still gets excited every time he plays with it (although it's been couple of months since I bought it). It also turned out to be a tool of rehabilitation. My boy was diagnosed with increased muscle tone and as a recommendation he should not pull his head up. Received a fake item

I received a fake item. It was cheap plastic instead of the wood/plastic mix from BabyBjorn.Seller then contacted me offering to give me $5 to keep the item and "sell it on my side" if I had no need for it. All in all a pretty annoying experience.Make sure to check seller reviews as well as the item's one.

Simplicity, excellence!

This wooden toy was puchased a few months after my identical twin girls were born. The Baby Bjorn bouncy chairs were first exclusively used to help me with tandem feedings from the bottle, every 3 hours. Later, as the twins became more and more curious, Googly Eyes joined our family. Simple design with bright colours, and whoaaa, finally something that is not plastic! Easily removable, but safely attached to the seat when it has to be...this is just yet another brilliantly simple, and fuss free product from this brand. Chewable, spinable, transportable. Paint doesn't chip off, doesn't fade and almost impossible for the little teethers to destroy!
