BabyDan Guard Me Gate White

We were unable to fit a normal safety gate at the bottom of the stairs. BabyDan guard me to the rescue. With a little alteration of parts (supplied in box) it works great, No rail at the floor level so no tripping hazard. Clicks into place easily with a lock that tiny fingers can't manage, Folds away neatly against the wall, a little fiddly to fit but worth the effort. Only regret is I should have brought two, one at the top of the stairs as well, instead of the metal one we have.

We have two of these and they're absolutely amazing. We have one at the bottom of the stairs and one on my grandson's bedroom door. He's nearly four so we don't always need the one at the bottom of the stairs or his bedroom closed but need to when our one year old granddaughter visits. The ability to leave it open when not using it is fantastic compared to an ordinary gate, which you have to step up and through every time you go to our down stairs. The ability to add our takeaway parts of the concertina for narrow or wider doors/stairs is a great feature. I would recommend this gate wholeheartedly to anyone thinking of purchasing a great gate which will last for years.

We were searching for a baby gate for when our granddaughter visits. This was gate was able to be installed in a 42 inch hallway. It protects her from accidently falling down the stairs, and it stores easily on the side when not in use. It is sturdy and well made. We purchased it after seeing one at a friends house. They are from Europe and had purchased one over there, and they have been using it for about 4 years now and it has held up well. It may cost a little more than a lot of others, but it is definitely safer and based on our friend's experience with the product it should hold up for years.
