I prefer the old cutting edges, this new one has VERY sharp points that grabs and damages the skin. It doesn't come with a standing charger, kept in a drawer so it dies more often. Price has more than doubled in 5 years, but so has everything. Don't get me wrong, this is my 4th unit in 20 yrs, so they make great products.

Trimmers work amazing! Great detailing annd not too heavy. Only downfall is to charge it you have to plug it in. It doesn’t sit on the babyliss charging stand.

Great clipper, solid build and will replace nearly annual purchases of cheaper clippers that stop working.
I have two other trimmers and trying these out, you can definitely tell the difference. I really like them and I find myself using them every time I trim or keep my line up tight. I would definitely recommend. And these are my 1st pair, I would buy again.
