Just got my trimmers today and as soon as i charged it and put oil, it had a burning smell and a delay start? Is this normal?

Charged it and began to use it. Easy. I liked the finish & it cuts a very nice edge, it just looks like the nicest piece of equipment I own in the bathroom.
I got mine from Windsor beauty. They don’t trim/line the hair like I was hoping for. Doesn’t cut the hair nicely. Really disappointed especially for the price I paid for them
Great trimmer but rattles a bit hair get clogged easily too
