I bought the wheels pack along with bassinet. The bassinet has been delivered, however the wheels have never arrived, as the parcel has been split in two. So they haven’t even try to deliver the wheels, just dropped them off at a post office. Just another thing I need as an 8 month pregnant woman with a full time job and a toddler. The instructions to put them together are absolutely rubbish. I was only able to replace them thanks to YouTube videos by others. Finally, I think it is idiotic that the wheels come with 2 Adam keys with two different settings, but you actually need two of each to be able to put them together, otherwise it’s impossible to tighten them. I ended up spending more money buying screwdrivers.

I bought this bassinet for my son who arrived in early July. He was average size (7.7lb) at birth and has pretty much been in the 50 percentile weight and length to date. The initial problems I had were with the fact there were no straps and because the bassinet actually angles down towards you slightly (similar to the other comments on here - it doesn’t lie completely horizontal) he would slip down and I would have to constantly unzip the bassinet to move him back in to position. This was something I could deal with, but for around the last month I’ve been struggling to even fit him in and am now at the point where, at just under 5 months old I will have to buy a new pram as he is not ready to go front facing in the 6+ month stroller. I’m really disappointed and wouldn’t buy this again if we had another child. I know the 6+ month set will be great as my sister uses this, but I can’t physically move my child around now unless he goes in his harness with me and it’s frustrating to have to spend extra because of this. The only pro I think vs buying the newborn pack is that the bassinet does seem sturdier and there is a thicker mattress for your baby to lie on.

It looks really nice and is small to fit in our narrow hallway, we bought this as I thought the newborn pack looks a bit flimsy but this bassinet is very small, mostly very narrow. My son is 7 weeks and realise I need to buy a new pram. The yo-yo should be for travel only and using the new born pack. We are in limbo between 6 months when he can go in the upright seat and from 2 months when this one won't fit anymore. It also doesn't lie flat and he's not strapped in so he falls all over the place if we waddle up or down a step. It's such a useful size for a city or small house so I wish I could love it more. Maybe good if you have a tiny baby.

Yoyo has another version which folds and is for a baby up to 6months. However, we felt more comfortable having this bassinet for our baby who was born in January which was unusually cold too! We are very happy with the whole yoyo bundle
I have pretty much used each baby zen stroller. They’re all amazing! But I recently purchased the new bassinet for my third child and it’s honestly incredible. It is so easy to put in and out of the car myself and it is much more sturdy than the old version of the bassinet. And I absolutely love the color! Definitely a must have as a stroller to keep in the car!!
Bought as part of the bundle package. Really lovely pram altogether, however it is very compact and a soon as my son was born (9.7lbs) and we placed him in the bassinet we could tell straight away that it would not last him until he reached six months. We are now at 3 1/2 months and he has outgrown the bassinet, it is difficult taking him out as when he stretches his feet gets caught at the bottom and his head in the canopy. Also, when attempting simple manoeuvers such as tilting the pram or lifting, he is not stable as there is no straps resulting in him slipping to the bottom or tilting outwards making this completely unsafe. This has left us in limbo between the bassinet and the 6+ month pack as he cannot sit up unaided. I would recommend the newborn pack as we ... MoreBought as part of the bundle package. Of course, we are not happy as we did not expect to pay out again for a pack or system which will now only use for a couple of months.
We have an Uppababy vista and bought a yo-yo for our car & traveling. This bassinet is ridiculously overpriced (nothing to do with NBS) and struggles to lay flat causing your little one to slide down. How this could be priced so high when it’s small and hardly sturdy I’ll never know. We returned and got the newborn set instead. If you’re looking for a proper bassinet pram look elsewhere...we will stick with our Uppababy and use the babyzen yo-yo newborn attachment when we need to travel lighter. NBS were great and returned this no issue
We were SUPER happy to purchase(Amazon) yoyo2 with 6+ months bundle hoping we will use it over the winter. Our son is 4 months old and now it’s impossible to use your bassinet for him. We haven’t used it for about 6 weeks and tried it today. He doesn’t fit in anymore. There’re still at least 4 more months we need a bassinet to be used. At least because it winter and he isn’t able to seat yet.We used this stroller/bassinet for couple of months and it still looks like brand new… We don’t know what to do now. It’s not a cheap stroller.
Similar to other reviews, my issues with the bassinet are:- It’s quite small, considering it’s meant to last until 6 months. My son was born at 9 lbs. At 3 months he’s nearly 15 lbs. The bassinet already seems quite cozy, I doubt it will last a further 3 months- The bassinet slopes downwards and there are no straps so our baby constantly ends up shuffled to the bottom of the bassinet- The hood is quite short, so doesn’t do well in protecting against shade
I have raised a complaint with the brand of this pram, Qantas mkt place and the two other stores I bought all parts from to create this double stroller. Qantas complaint or customer service is not good they don't contact you. This pram is the worse pram I've ever bought don't buy it.
