It is everything that I expected, great quality, no sticking to bottom of pan, good value. Only drawback is the handle on the lid gets quite hot and you need a towel or something to take off the lid.

Heavier steel , better lid thats very awkward to handle. In comparison to the light weight of the pot has massive weight

Perfect size for jam making

After using a Baccarat stock pot that mum had that we really liked, we called to find out the brand & size. We decided to go with the 12 litre as we have lots of fruit to make jam. With it's great heavy base it has even heat and made perfect jam. Will highly recommend these Baccarat stock pots to everyone. Can't wait for winter soups.
