Great little buy for those with Anxiety who are easily stressed and need something they can take with them traveling or even to work so you can grab something when you need it to stop or relieve an attack before it happens. I've had Anxiety all of my life, and the only thing I have ever found to help me control and curb it when it comes along is the rescue remedy products! The rescue remedy spray is also a great buy that I also have at home, but I needed something I could take to work that just looked like lollies as it's not something I want everyone to know, so when I have one it just looks like I'm having some cough lollies or something.
