I’ve tried so many other types of litters for my bunnies . This is the best one !! My bunnies always sneeze with wood- pellet litter and it’s quite sandy and messy. This paper based one is amazing , so much cleaner and easier to use! I’ve been using it for years and so glad I found it again .

I use the back 2 nature bedding as a base for most of my hamster cage. It’s covering the ground. However, it’s not good to burrow with, so you always need a second type of bedding, which is a shame. I prefer multiple textures in my cage anyways as enrichment, so I don’t mind. This bedding also clearly shows when it’s dirty, which makes it easy to clean, it’s safe for the airways of the hamster and there’s never a bad smell, so that’s all great!

I bought this product when buying bits and bobs for baby rabbits. It goes in the hutch with wood shavings and covered with hay. Also goes in litter tray with wood shavings. It composts together if you leave it too long, you need to be doing your share of the work.

Well i have always used Carefresh and had been waiting for Pets at home to get some more in stock but in the end i was desperate for more bedding and found this one, i thought ok i will give it a go. I love it i use it for my rabbit Elsa i use a scoop to get it out of the bag and into the cage there is no mess at all and it is very easy to clean the cage out also does not smell, but the even better thing i think is its made all in the Uk and that is a good thing so i will be sticking to this bedding from now on,but my hamster i still use carefresh as im not sure if its as good for burying in? but i will probably give it a go to see. but yes i will keep buying this.
Been using a month or so and seems like a good eco bedding. My only little concern is it is a bit like the paper type cat litter where it doesn't hide the smell as well. After removing the wet patches I feel it still smells a little more than the wooden pellet type bedding. I use for a chinchilla. Seems good though otherwise.
Great choice for bunny litter. I use it for my bunny's litter box and it's very absorbent and there's no dust flying around, unlike with the typical "wood shavings" that are normally used for rabbit bedding - which is much better for your rabbit's respiratory system and if you suffer from asthma/allergies. It's more environmentally friendly as it's made from recycled paper which is another bonus! For indoor bunnies, like mine, it's also great because there's no more wood shavings left on the floor and sofas around the house as the paper pellets are heavier and don't stick to bunny's fur. The only downside is that it's quite expensive but I think that it's worth it, especially if you only use it for your small animal's litter box. And if you have bunnies or guinea pigs, it's better for them to have some soft material like fleece blankets or old towels etc in the sleeping and play areas. That way this bedding will last longer.
My rabbit started to have eye problems couldnt figure out why. Her teeth are fine as that is the usual cause for eye problems. So I decided to get rid of the sawdust incase it was irritating her eye. I was recommended this to use, ever since I have used this her eye problem has stopped. Sounds strange considering it is used for mainly litter not beding etc. Ive used something else for her litter. I was also recommended to use hay not only for her to eat but also for warmth instead of straw. I didnt realize straw could also cause eye problems. Of course her eating hay is somewhere she isnt going to poo or wee in it. But best choice Ive used. It may seem expensive in replacement of sawdust but you do not need to use much and it is the same if you were using sawdust ... MoreMy rabbit started to have eye problems couldnt figure out why. I was forced into buying this for my hamsters when my usual store had run out of a manageable size pack of sawdust. I was shocked at the price in comparison to sawdust. When used in the cage my hamster immediately started filling his pouches with it which I wasn't happy with. I will not be buying this again.
We have an asthmatic cat. Searched for a litter that had little dust, but excellent odour control. Her asthma was so bad we were at the vets every three weeks. After researching different litters we decided to try this product. Knowing how potent cat litter trays are Wow Just wow No odour Hardly any dust ... Cat now goes up to 15 weeks without an asthma attack. We have also put other changes into effect but I have no doubt this litter really helps. This is for small animals but we use it in the cat litter trays and I wouldnt now use anything else. No poop smells, no wee smells and one cat whose asthma has lessened. Good value for money. Good quality product. I rate it higher than the well known cat litter names.
Pet circle has a great price on this product. It is perfect bedding for rats. It leaves their cage odor free. Once it has been used it can be easily composted. The auto delivery option is very convenient.
