They have either changed the style of these pants (more baggier, not skinny) or they sent the wrong pants. Customer service didn't help with much, said I received the right style even when it said 'straight pants' so if you're looking for the skinny style beware they might have changed them. Won't be buying again

Great fitting work pants

I needed work pants as I was destroying my jeans with my new job. A colleague suggested BAD slim fit work pants as I wanted slim fitting pants. And These are Awesome, fit me excellent and price is ok, cheaper is better but hey I think I can tax deduct them. Solar they have performed very well, and well lets see how they last

Great pockets, great fit, great comfort and great fabric

This was the first time to buy this brand, and I am impressed. I always narrow down the field by the pockets; and on the factory floor, I have found the pockets ideal for what I needed. The fabric is soft and comfortable to wear, and even though a slim fit, there seems no restriction to movement at all. Early days yet, and I hope they will last more than the three months of my previous work pants. I took a chance, and bought two pair (and two fluoro polos), keeping one pair of trou' for casual. Fairly good unisex fit for women too. Given I am average size for a female, I do wonder if smaller/slimmer women could be missing out here, with the smallest size being 30"/77cm. Price was good too, being only $10 more than previous work pants, and much cheaper than some ... MoreThis was the first time to buy this brand, and I am impressed. Great work pants, and Aussie made, cannot recommend them highly enough

I bought trousers in this style perhaps 15+ years ago & as a carpenter they get hard wear. The first pair - do not know the brand - was really good, perhaps too many 'features', such as zip off pockets & reinforcing where it really wasn't required given that the seam above the knee pad & the thigh material above that is always the first failure area almost no matter what. Since that first pair the next were few of the same brand had sizing issues, I suppose from low quality control, too big, too tight & then after a few years not anyway available anymore. Thereafter followed about ten years & about three brands that were kind of okay, but restrictively tight leggings, or crutch at near knee level - pockets too small or badly placed for phone and just never as good ... MoreI bought trousers in this style perhaps 15+ years ago & as a carpenter they get hard wear. My wife was asked to buy me a new pair as my patched pairs are falling apart & she came home with this BAD brand. What a breath of fresh air! These are certainly better than any before. Yes they cost a little bit more than some that are around but as I'm in them about 10 hours a day & expect to get a year's wear it is a pittance to pay. A really great fit, tough, not too many unneeded features adding to cost and I really like the fact that they are Aussie made and first chance I'll be buying a few more pairs while they are still in business.

Impressed excellent pockets. Material nice and tough softened nicely after a couple of washes. Use the size guide normally a 38 ordered a 40 as per size guide excellent fit. Should last a long time. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again

Not as pictured
6 August 2022

I ordered a pair of these, along with a bunch of other workwear from bad. everything was great except the pants looked different to the ones pictured missing features; - they are missing the ADDITIONAL EASY-ACCESS SMART PHONE POCKET - they are missing the BELT LOOP WAIST WITH COMFORT ELASTIC SIDES I reached out to customer support, they advised that the pair of pants I received are of the 'new' model. I didn't purchase the pants specifically for those two features, however I was expecting to buy what was advertised. Also, after the first week in the hammer loop has started to fray. Kinda disappointing

Room for improvement
27 April 2023

The pants are smaller than true size. I had to return to upsize but got sent the replacement starting away which was great in terms of customer service. The checkout though, I ordered a pair of pants plus the shipping that cost nearly $100 which would get me eligible for a free shipping. Then as I placed the orders through It prompted question if I interested in a pair of bamboo socks too. I decided to added to my purchase order which all together to spent over $100. Then I went back and tried to get the second pair of socks, apparently I bills are not merging so I didn’t order the second pair because I don’t wanna pay for the shipping again over one pair of socks. It felt like a stitch up because I spent over $100 which should get me free shipping or even two pairs ... MoreThe pants are smaller than true size. This situation led to less sales for the company because missing opportunities to raise a sale at the right moment. The suggestion here is the extra sale prompt should be before the closing bill and the customers only have to provide payment once.

Slim fit work pants
23 August 2023

I only bought these cause I was looking for work pants that I could use the separate knee pads. They’re way to tight for work pants they really need to come up with pants that are comfortable to wear. The extra pockets are useless if you can barely get anything in them with the pants being so tight. I don’t recommend them until they redesign the tight fit.

not a fan
25 March 2024

I had such hi hopes for these work pants, but they are just not made to fit. I have sent back for different sizes and no luck. I am normally a 16 or a 102 and I couldn't even get into them. from what I could tell the 16 was also going to be short in the leg, they don't fit in the thighs or the *** on the ones I could get into fully. so unless you are a stick figure with skinny thighs and no *** good luck.
