I have been looking for a loaf tin of this size 28-30cm and have had a regrettable purchases from overseas. I am so happy with the loaf tin I bought from Marston Moor, nice thick non-stick tin and the perfect size. I've been telling friends about it.
This pan is great I can fit a complete mix in it and it spreads the heat out well so no burn marks or sticking
I've used this several times now to make bread loaves and it cooks very well and fits a large amount of dough. Doesn't stick either. Getting another!
