A premium twelve hole pan ideal for baking cupcakes, yorkshire pudding and sweet and savoury muffins. Made from heavy duty carbon steel, it features a double non-stick coating for easy release. Great muffin pan.Fairly sturdy (more on that later) and well made.I would've given 5 stars except that the pan was packaged in a satchel bag - not a box.It looks like during transit, Auspost mistreated the satchel or dropped something on it.The muffin pan was dented in 3 places - no mean feat for such a heavy and sturdy pan.This may not have happened if it was in one of the famous pink boxes.I had to panel-beat the pan so it sat flat on a bench.It was not worth the hassle / cost of returning it, but POK, please think twice before using satchels over boxes.
There is nothing like baking with a really good quality pan. I bake muffins every week and the quality of this pan compared to my others is amazing. will be turfing old ones and also replacing.

I’ve tried silicone and it doesn’t do it for me - these work and remind me of cooking with Mum when growing up!
The weight was nicely surprising, as it creates a nice even result when baking. Nice and non-stick.
Threw away my old muffin pan which had served me well for many years. Took the non stick promise literally and didn't grease the pan. BIG mistake. I had to work the muffins out. It's a nice heavy pan but I'll be greasing in future.
