Overall it's has nice taste, gives you energy although you don't really know it kicks in till half way through your workout, and no crash afterwards. This one didn't give me the tingles. So good if you don't that feeling

Gives a real energy boost for an hour or so. Makes you feel very alert but not buzzing.Have used for cardio, group fitness classes and heavy weight sessions, works will for all of those to give you the energy you need to give it your best. The energy boost lasts around 60-75 minutes from my experience.

Love this pre-workout, not as strong as the others but gives you the energy you need without the tingles and the massive come down in the afternoons, great flavour too.

I've been using this for 6 months now.not an overwhelming amount of caffeine and the label is extremely definitive of the ingredients put in, no 'power matrix' blends that don't tell you the actual dose. has efficacious amounts of creatine and since I've been using it I don't get a caffeine crash at all. to balance my caffeine intake I've stopped drinking coffee as pre-workout is more than enough to get my day started. Highly reccomend and the serving size/$ ratio is reasonable. Also tastes good 👍👍

Great ingredients

It's hard to find a pre-workout without artificial sweeteners. A few grams of sugar are hardly a problem when you're about to immediately burn them.I am having great workouts with this supplement. I am skeptical of the 196mg caffeine, I don't feel too stimulated (though I like this as I try to moderate my caffeine consumption). I also feel that a full 5g dose of creatine is unnecessary. Regardless, this is my pre workout of choice and feels like one of the "healthier" options.

Pre-work out Balance

Every time I stopped after a sprint, my head felt like it going to explode, gave me bad headache. Worst taste ever but I don't worry too much about the taste. Performance does get better. Inside the box the scoop size is of 25ml or gms but on instructions it says 15 gms or one scoop. Very confusing instructions.

This balance pre- workout supplement tastes, well, not bad but not great. But that’s not why I’m taking it. I’ve done about 4 or 5 workouts on it and it seems to help with everything to make you go further with the same or heavier weights (in my case Kettlebells). I’ll be repurchasing it again. :)

Gives me kick and focus needed for a good sesh, effective for 90 mins +. Gentle on tummy with no artificial flavours. Best of all is it does not drop me into a flat slump or irritation on the comedown- gently paced and hardly noticeable as it puts me back down post workout. Loving it
