Box turned up damaged messaged flannels about this as they are an expensive trainer. And flannels tried telling me that its not on them as the product inside was ok. Not acceptable when your paying high end prices for items such as these the box helps hold their value if you ever come to sell them or even just store them away.2nd time thus has happened ordering trainers from flannels
The box was ripped on arrival and the shoes were not protected in the box, the fabric bag was was open. Not what you expect when you pay so much for a pair of shoes. I have bought lots of my stuff from flannels and evey time there seems to be a problem, I bought a Vivienne Westwood bag through the first lockdown and it still had the security tag on!!!! Terrible customer service. I love the shoes just wouldn’t buy anymore from flannels.
Without much wear, the heel of the shoe is in bits. For the cost of the shoe I would expect the shoes to last. Unfortunately I have another 2 pairs of blanciga, hope same doesn't happen to them.. Will never buy them again. I have been told you pay for the name not the quality
I can't fault Balenciga's triple S trainers. I already have a couple of others but not the gel sole, hence feeling the need to purchase a pair! The trainers are super comfortable, look fabulous with jeans or dresses, and really stand out. The colour combination works well and looks even better in real life! If you have been contemplating buying a pair ( in any colour combo), I would highly recommend.
I bought my Balenciagas on sale just nearing the end of 2020 when there was 20% off most brands and honestly was the best purchase I've made from flannels. I got them for £520 instead of £650 at the time which now has risen smh, so I got a pretty nice deal for them. They're my everyday shoe and they work a charm, they're extremely comfortable, stylish (if you can style them correctly) and barely get dirty or if they do it looks purposeful with the shoe (as they're a little distressed in design)A lot of people wonder about the weight of the shoes and this may factor into people not wanting to buy them and I can say the weight issue isn't much of a issue after a few weeks of wearing them. It's a heavy trainer don't get me wrong but nothing really too noticeable ... I never realised Flannels online return policy is really bad. Not only do you pay for them to be delivered but you have to pay for delivery for the return too. It cost me £20.70 to have these trainers returned because they weighed 2400g. Then once they received them they sent me an exchange which I requested for a larger size. Now when I received the trainers I was not happy. First of all the trainers looked like they had been tried on inside maybe and the right foot was really loose and the box was ripped.
