Love love love these trainers the most comfy trainers I’ve ever had considering how big they look. I would recommend sizing down as usually I am a 5 but take a 4 in these they look a stunning neutral colour and so comfy night in the sale so well worth it!

Unfortunately I wasn’t a fan. Purchased my normal size and it felt and looked 2 sizes bigger.It shows their quality however once on they look like works man safety shoes.Also extremely heavy.

I can't fault Balenciga's triple S trainers. I already have a couple of others but not the gel sole, hence feeling the need to purchase a pair! The trainers are super comfortable, look fabulous with jeans or dresses, and really stand out. The colour combination works well and looks even better in real life! If you have been contemplating buying a pair ( in any colour combo), I would highly recommend.

I purchased my normal size in these trainers even though I have read a lot of reviews to size down. However I found them to snug on my feet so I returned them for an exchange. I never realised Flannels online return policy is really bad. Not only do you pay for them to be delivered but you have to pay for delivery for the return too. It cost me £20.70 to have these trainers returned because they weighed 2400g. Then once they received them they sent me an exchange which I requested for a larger size. Now when I received the trainers I was not happy. First of all the trainers looked like they had been tried on inside maybe and the right foot was really loose and the box was ripped. My grandaughter expressed how much she loved these trainers, I said if you do well in your exams I will buy them for you, we purchased the white triple s, when we got them home after a closer inspection there was quite a few marks and looked as though the trainers had been worn, it looked as though they tried to scrub them up and return them, I immediately took them back into the Newcastle store where the assistant advised they are supposed to look distressed, whether this us true or not I will never know as the website did not state this, a friend who had purchased the same trainers said definitely not, I asked for a refund but was refused but said I could have either an exchange or a credit note, I would NEVER make another purchase in Flannels or any other shop ... I bought these shoes in May 2020 and just a few days ago in August 2020 one of the lace holes has snapped off there fore i’m unable to wear them. I am not w person who owns everything designer and i treat my shoes very well and make sure everything is kept well. for such a high value pair of shoes i’m extremely upset by this.

Amazing shoes, go with any item of clothing! Really well made. Would probably go half a size down to what you usually wear. Kind of heavy shoes but not a problem when you get used to them.
