Nearly perfect. I just wrote a scathing review for another Bali bra. I been searching for a good supportive bra. I should fist note I am quite small but have a big bust. 34DD to be exact. I have narrow shoulders and would probably fit in XS if not for my bust that cannot be contained. Or so I thought. When I read this bra might make your bust appear smaller, I did not believe it, especially after my other Bali disaster. You might wonder why anyone would want their bust to look smaller, but with my small frame and narrow shoulders a smaller bust simply looks better and more proportional. The braw is also quite comfortable. The only thing I don't like is underwire, but I feel it serves a purpose here and it is quite well done. My biggest issue with bras and how they are described is that it is hard to tell how thick the cup linings are - no exception here either. There is no thickness/padding to the cups so there is no preservation of modesty. If you wear a professional blouse, dressy top, the bra will show all the bumps. I believe it is only fit to wear in private and under bulky clothing. I would ask the reviewers if they could describe how thick the cup is in the reviews, it would be so helpful. Double lining does not mean padding or providing adequate coverage. As it is, I can’t return as the window closed.

I love the feel and texture of the fabric used for the Bali underwire bra. It does do a great job and keeping things perfectly covered and is pretty comfortable the wear. The underwire is thicker than a standard bra and I can appreciate that, but it is a little tough to get use to at times. I believe that over time, as I wear it more, I’ll get more use to it! But overall, this bra is comfortable, soft, and overall seems well made. I think there will just be a slight period where you’ll need to get use to the underwire design, but I’m hopeful that their underwire design will be better than regular bras! The straps are a just thick enough that they stay on your shoulders and are not uncomfortable. The strap stay on well! Overall, I would recommend this bra!

I bought 2 of these bras at a department store at full price. I decided to order two more online because my choices were limited at store. I wear a 36 C. At first glance they seemed identical. But read on! The black bra I received isn’t even close to the same comfy fabric of the other colors. It’s scratchy and has no stretch. It actually puckers across the cup where the lace insert is and is not flattering at all in the fit. The other three colors I own are all great. What happened here? Black is my go to color. I hope they haven’t changed this bra in their product line because it now fits like a 1950s bra complete with wrinkly cups and the girls pointing in an odd direction.
I think I first bought this style about 10 years ago - FINALLY needed to buy a new one after the first one started to unravel. The only difference I've found is the clasp now has 3 eyes instead of two - otherwise its still just as comfortable, just as minimizing. I'm a 36D in most bras, a 38C in this style, and now there's a really pretty lilac color! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the black bra I bought at the same time as the lilac has a lot of fabric bunching in front towards the strap. Not a major issue since I'll be wearing that under other black clothes so it won't show the wrinkles, but would be a problem wearing under more fitted and/or lighter fabric tops. Also - BUY ON BALI SITE! I have been buying this same bra for a number of years. When I first bought this brand and style was over 6 years ago. The quality at the time was much better, because those older bras still have life in them - where these latest versions have gone down hill. I bought some more of these a while ago, and found they had underwire issues within a short time. I decided to try them again (now), thinking maybe I had a "bad batch" but after using one for a few days the underwire poked up and stabbed my underarm. The rest of the part that houses the underwire (the material) became twisted over itself. Additionally, the cup itself is so stretchy that within those few wears, the cup had stretched enough that the front center no longer tacked. Super soft silky and comfortable fabric throughout this supportive underwire bra. 38-C Fit was excellent. Not a fan of underwire bras but the Bali Women's Beautifully You Minimizer Underwire Bali bra's hidden underwire did not dig into my ribs so a very comfortable fit. The cups were not molded, they were very silky soft so may show nipples. I would prefer the bra to be tagless, but the tag was soft and didn't get in the way of comfort. I received the bra as a promotion and was thrilled to get this classic from Bali.
Bought cinnamon butter nude2 which is a great neutral tanned skin color and comfy soft fabric with just right amount of stretch.Beyond the color & fabric-sizing 34C according to their chart guidance was totally wrong and when I asked for help the stylist recommended going up 1 band size so I did. Band ok, as reccomended. Bra arrived and the 36C was still 1 cup size TOO Small ! The 34 C which is what chart said I needed was like wearing a very brief bikini on the breast and was so laughable. My normal range in Bra sizes in other brands is 34- DDD to 36 DD /DDD. Glad I have a Macys near me so return is not another shipping adventure to return.
It’s hard to even express how life changing this bra is for me. I never ever ever thought I would buy an underwire bra again after having a reduction, but unfortunately reductions don’t always maintain (thanks genetics!) and I tried this one in at Walmart. For me, it’s more comfortable, minimizing, and smoothing than any other bra I’ve ever purchased, and I’ve spent over $100 before at Nordstroms. It’s not a bra I would sleep in or anything but it’s very comfortable for a bra I wear when I want to look pulled together (otherwise I pretty much wear bralettes, sports bras, etc.) My only complaint is the lack of color and styling options but I’ll take it for now.
I have been buying this bra for many many years. All of a sudden, I can no longer find my size (44 DDD) and now I'll either have to find something new or wear a 42 DDD and put an extender in the band. I get on this site, and other sites, about every other day hoping to find that my size has been restocked but so far, no luck. I don't want to switch to another brand but will be forced to do so if someone doesn't make more of my size soon. The ones I have now are getting old and I've even had to try to fix a couple of them with mending. Please, Bali, why won't you let us know what is going on? Many of us have been customers for 20 years or more. We deserve better.
