An effective coffee substitute with a pleasant flavour and just as importantly, no caffeine. The recommended strength seems a bit bland to me but this is corrected by using 1.5 teaspoons to a mug. The price is generally rather steep so shop around!

Been using this for about 20 years as a substitute for ordinary instant coffee. (I'd discovered coffee didn't agree with me). I tried a lot of the substitutes on the market, but for me this was easily the nicest and closest to the taste I was used to. Make it just as you would your normal instant coffee. In fact I can and do drink coffee now- usually one cup a day but still use Bambu for most of my daily hot drinks. It's like a mild coffee, but has a nicely rounded flavour-some of the other substitutes I tried were a bit thin. My husband has been known to absent mindedly make himself a mug of it and drink it without realising it's NOT coffee....

Excellent alternative to coffee that has a very similar flavour, but slightly softer and more wholesome.
I’ve been buying this product as a coffee substitute for years as l cannot tolerate caffeine. I drink it as a late with hot milk - delicious. No bitter after taste, no side effects, so good for a bed time drink too.
I love bambu cofee, but its not avilable in my country. the product is very good.
This product is quite expensive as you have to use a large teaspoon for each drink, however it is lovely and tastes very close to a regular coffee. I really enjoy it and great to know theres no caffeine and it doesnt damage your teeth
